For the amount of money and amount of guests I found it very upsetting that they got rid of the front desk altogether and now have the snack shop attendee doubling as the check in agent. Literally selling donuts and checking people in at the same time. All to save the salary of one very needed employee.

Advertised to have hot food but the person at the "cafe" on the first two nights said the oven was broken. Check in person was not very friendly or helpful. Third night the check in person was helpful, said he was able to make a pretzel for us in the oven. 4th day the first woman was back at check in and said she couldn't use the oven. I said the man yesterday did for us and she was very reluctant to do so. She did, but complained about it. Also, the area around the pool was incredibly icy and should have been monitored/maintained. Overall, it seemed like more staff could have greatly benefited the experience. I am not sure if we will be back.

Me and family stayed over weekend for ski trip, all staffs we met were nice, helpful and friendly and I’m very impressed with that. The property itself was clean and roomy, which we were happy with, but there are some flaws in the unit we stayed that kinda ruined the experience. First, our balcony door is not locked, no matter what method we tried, not working, that was a huge security issue to us since we have a 1.5yr toddler and a 4yr old. Second, the fireplace in unit was out of order, we had to turn the thermometer to 75F to keep our unit warm and for some reason the heat distribution in unit is very uneven, while the room and living room is warm, the bathroom is freezing cold. Lastly, there was no extra blanket or comforter in unit so we cannot use the sofa bed in living room, family of 4 had to squeeze on the king size bed for the night. Overall it was just a fair experience, given the price we paid and all the flaws we had. But it was the most convenience choice if you decide to stay over at Mt Creek.

Terrible room conditions, extremely dirty, seemed like room service just changed the sheets before our arrival. The rug and furniture in room were old and smelled like it needed a deep clean. Overall, they need to upgrade the room conditioning. My kids and family left with allergies after this stay. Also, no staff to be found throughout the hotel, just the person managing the small shop in the first floor. Need major renovations to the rooms and staff management!!!!

Paid extra money for early check in, went up for the room and was big mess inside. Nobody even entered during 4 days to take care about garbage or hygiene stuff. Thanks

Only one thing I hate cause you have to chat with an robot first after to get some one to talk to no reception no walk in just do everything online this is was very sucks

Great pools and hot tubs. Large confortable rooms. Easy indoor parking. Many recreation opportunities in season. Well maintained, clean, safe property.

The girl was very pleasant at check in but she had to give us 3 codes before we could get into the garage. We were unable to use the fireplace or the TV in the living room and the volume control on the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Since there is no “Front Desk”, there was no one to contact. It was just a place to sleep.

The property is lovely and the food at the Biergarten was fantastic for bar style food and it was reasonably priced. However, the shower grout had mold and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Also, we purchased the unlimited ride ticket for the Alpine coaster but the line was so long and slow (at least 2 hours), that we only got to ride once. And the website said it closes at 6 but when we tried to get on at 5, we got turned away.

Staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The room was amazing. Kids enjoyed it and so did us grown ups. Pool was lovely. We had a great stay.

Tons to do in any season!! Ski resort, ropes courses, water park, bikes course etc. Great views. Loved the pools, hot tub, & little sauna barrel outside. Room was nice/clean. Not sure how to feel about having to remember different codes for entry of things but it does eliminate having to carry a card around, or one not working etc. Parking was underground inside which is probably pretty helpful in the winter. Beautiful property.

I was surprised the rooms were dated, I had different expectations especially with the nightly room rate. The AC in the room must have been broken so there was a portable unit that vented out the window…it did not keep the room cool. When we returned from dinner the thermostat read 80 and sleeping was uncomfortable. The large dining table in the room had a wooden leg that was bent under and ready to break off. Lastly one of the two elevators that bring you to rooms was down, wait time to head up or down was long. It was very interesting there is no front desk and you hardly see anyone that works there. The employee who was in the little convenience store off the lobby was very nice and said she was the front desk too. Don’t think we would stay there again.

The accommodations, pool, and views were spectacular! Goodfellas restaurant just up the road highly recommended as is the Water Park which is right next to the hotel. The only thing was that this is not a front desk hotel (which I was aware of from the description) when I was trying to get my room and access information the day of arriving as instructed, I left a voicemail early in the morning and no reply for hours, when I called back the phone only had a busy signal and I had no recourse other than to wait. I had also tried to upgrade my room the day of because I wanted a balcony or patio and realized I had not booked that room, but that wasn’t possible with out calling Expedia (no fault of theirs). I got a call back just before leaving for the hotel. Other than the small hiccup, we arrived and it was perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
