We love the location of the hotel off of the highway, as well as in relation to Times Square, Broadway and Central Park. The valet parking made life so much easier, so no need to wrestle with finding parking.
The room was clean and comfortable. The convenience of the restaurants in the lobby made grabbing a drink in the evening or coffee in the morning very convenient.

Room wasn't ready at check in.

Central to everything, the best part is that the staff is super friendly and helpful. We forgot our toothpaste, called and it was up without 10 minutes. The bar in the lobby is really lively and drinks are delicious!
