Didn’t stay there. First room had no shades in the window, 2nd room stank of cigarette smoke, tv wasn’t working and the shower was dirty and had a dead bug on the floor ! Don’t understand how your site could offer this hotel to your members. I demand a full reimbursement

Disgusting location with a front desk phone that can’t even be reached via the number on their website.
Upon arrival, witnessing the state of the building, rooms, and tenants there alongside the literal group of police officers addressing drug use on the property, the safe choice was made to stay elsewhere amidst a hurricane evacuation.
The conditions were not even safe or cleanly enough to stay for an evacuation.
Save yourself the time and money, and treat yourself better than a stay here.

The bathroom was very dirty, Ishower faucet was broken. The customer service terrible, they don't care about the service. The walls in the bathroom have a lot of mold. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows had mold too, the smell, it was like humidity. It was a terrible experience, we had to deal with this because of the Milton hurricane, it was very difficult to find availability in other places.

Everything was run down, broke cobwebs, discussing stained mildew no handle on the bathtub faucet couldn’t even use the shower. Anything you can put you wrong with a hotel this was it it had it all.

I live in Tampa and was evacuating from Hurricane Milton. My room door was broken and stuck closed and they would not let me out until the morning. Broke toilet,blinds stuck open,floors wet,no tv, filthy, very rude staff!

Liked NOTHING! Room stunk of stale cigarette odor (even tho I was told @ check-in that there was NO smoking allowed in the rooms). Floor dirty, table top broken, shower floor broken/cracked, TV didn't work right - channels kept going off/on w/error message that said "channel currently not available" whatever that meant, AND the WiFi wouldn't connect to my laptop computer. All-in-all.....this property would be a "Great Stay" for the Homeless as very low-income apts!!!
