The ambience and location of the Palms Casino are great. The food court offers great dining choices and the A.Y.C.E Buffet is reasonably priced and tasty. The staff at the Palms is competent and friendly.

First time staying at Palms, overall was a great experience, stayed 2 nights, casino was clean and not to crowded, a lot of great options for dining, room was real nice and most importantly very clean.

The room was quiet and a good place to recharge after a long day's work. Very spacious and the shower had great water pressure. Dining options were good but we were disappointed that the Dim Sum restaurant closed early without warning the night we were planning to go. We saved it for our last night and were unable to get a table at 8:05 pm. Otherwise a very good stay.

Room was nice but staff entered despite do not enter sign. Extremely Limited accessible parking. Casino rewards lied about promotion with rules not public. Front desk slow. Rewards desk slow. Didn't feel well treated generally.

The absence of power outlets near the nightstand or bed was a significant inconvenience. I contacted the front desk to request an extension cord, explaining that I have a medical condition requiring the use of a sleep apnea machine. However, the front desk informed me that they do not supply extension cords and suggested that I purchase one at the Walgreens located across the street. This experience has led me to decide against staying here in the future.

First time staying at the Palms. I loved how close the parking was to checking in and our room. We went for a concert and the theatre was right in the casino too. Everything was perfect. I would do it again.

Loved staying at this hotel/casino. The rooms are spacious, stylish and the views of the Strip are spectacular. The DJ at the main bar was great and the drinks are half the price of most on the main Strip. The food options are fantastic. The cons are there is no complimentary transportation to or from the airport or strip and the walk to the Strip is simply too long. Especially at night it would be a complete no-go.
