Amazing location right in the Loop and steps away from the Mag Mile. It’s a beautiful hotel with great amenities. The staff was very nice. The hotel gym was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Nini was amazing! Her service was exceptional. The housekeeper on our floor greeted us every chance she got. From service to amenities and great location, I won’t be staying anywhere else next time I’m in Chicago.

This is my third visit to the Pendry and I will be returning. I love the boutique feel and the deco architecture. The staff is friendly and its so convenient to the theatre district and museums.

Great property, we loved the location dinning options and the room itself. We felt right at home. The only thing I didn’t care and I thought was a little much was $69 a night to park/valet my car with them! I understand the convenience of it but when I can pay for 2 nights across the street for one night there something is wrong. Other than that the staff were awesome and I’ll definitely be back some time soon!

The hotel rooms need MAJOR updates. Not worth the price except for the location location location. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels that are comparable in price international and within the CONUS. The gym however was fabulous. Rooms, not worth the price at all. Tiny bathrooms and weird layout.
