Efforts are being made to upgrade this property. I stayed on a floor that had been recently remodeled. It was very nice. Other floors are being remodeled.

This was a nice hotel to stay in. Our fur babies were welcomed. It was a safe location. It was right off the interstate. My mom and I stayed here so we didn't have to drive so far going to the mountains in one day.

This hotel was quiet enough, and clean, and in general, worth the price we paid at Travelocity. However, we were charged an additional $75.00 pet fee at the door, $25.00 per day for 3 days, carrying a cat with us. This extra fee was not mentioned when we checked out at Travelocity. And the hotel is not as pet friendly as it says it is. We were told when we got there it is a dog friendly hotel, not a cat friendly one. This was not stated on the Travelocity website when we paid for the room. They still allowed us to have the cat, however. Also on the plus side, this hotel has very good complimentary breakfast, with waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt, sausage, and eggs, with coffee and orange juice to drink. We liked the location of the hotel. And the staff was courteous to us at check-in and check-out.

We were told they were doing some renovation. Lets just say they need a lot.

Desk clerk went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay.
The tv remote didn't work. He tried to program several other remotes but wouldn't connect. TV had to stay on one chAnnel.

The staff were extremely friendly. The parking was absolutely great. You're literally right there at your room. When you park, the clean hotel rooms were absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was great, and I can't commend.Enough, how friendly and inviting the staff were
