Enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the room , but the spout could have been bigger to fill up faster. Took a while to fill up. (No big deal ) Overall the staff was great ! Very friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to accommodate us even booking us an extra day at the last minute. Very pleased with the rate.

The only thing I would suggest is different mattress’s . I slept in a king bed and woke multiple times and had pain in different areas of my body due to the mattress feeling like I was laying on a stiff board. Room was clean and staff was pleasant and price was affordable.

The parking lot was not plowed very well, between the car and going to the sidewalk to the room it was icy, we almost fell because it was so icy! The beda were not very comfortable, there was no sugar for the coffee/tea! The tub would not drain properly! I was very disappointed with thos Quality Inn stay, usually i really enjoy my stay at Quality Inns but this was the worat one i have ever been to! I was so disappointed this time!!! The picture on the wall had mildew stain on it.

We stayed at Quality Inn in Weston, W.V. and had a terrible experience. Our room was filthy. I tried to talk with a manager twice while there and was told by staff that Nick was unavailable. I've called 3 times to speak with Nick; he has not returned my calls.
Hair & debris piled in bathroom corner, ironing board cover ripped open, bathtub with gunk all over bottom – like someone emptied mop bucket. Crumbs on the floor by the bed, sticky hairdryer, broken bathroom floor tile (dangerous legal liability).
I have photos of our room, if you would like to see them.
At first, I asked for a discount; now I would like full refund.

The sheets and towels seemed clean, as well as the room itself. However, the bathroom had trash in the floor, the bathtub was questionable, the bathroom door handle looked like I may get locked in if I shut the door, and there were random pieces of countertops propped up against the wall. The bed was comfortable. Not a bad stay for a night.

We were surprised that the commode was in the shower with no privacy, mold in the shower which only had tepid water. The good thing was clean bedding. It appeared to be in the process of updating the property so maybe it will be better. They did have a good variety of breakfast foods. Loved the biscuits and gravy!

The whole property needs cleaned up and maintenance. There’s broken gym equipment laying around, there’s ripped up carpet in half of the room with the ice machine, my room’s bathroom floor was full of hair behind the door and in the edges. It was disgusting. The beds were clean and comfortable and the area is quiet. It just needs some cleaning up and care. The owners had no pride in this hotel.

They really need to start cleaning the top sheets in these hotel rooms and have the cleaning staff stop smokimg in the rooms as soon as they ebter them.

I stayed here with my dogs because it offered pet friendly rooms. The room was large, but well-worn. It also seemed a bit creepy to find a cigarette lighter and half smoked cigarette on the railing right outside my door. There wasn’t a safe area to walk the dogs, especially when I arrived after dark. Low budget room with low budget feel. Disinterested clerk at check-in, but a friendly clerk in the morning.

When you enter the room it smelled like mildew and cigarettes in a non smoking room. The heater/ac unit is filled with dust and debris. The 2 red stools are stained with god only knows what white fluid that was. The sheets were torn, blanket stained. On to the bathroom - mold everywhere, black mold on the ceiling, tile grout, drain was filled with hair. Hamd prints on mirrors, toilet paper was a half used roll already. Luckily walmart was across the stree and $150 later, cleaning supplies and linens to make the room. Tollerable at best. Will never return.

Rooms were nice, beds very comfortable. Cleaning lacked a bit, had to clean off night table and there was something left in fridge. No tissues and toilet flushed poorly. Perfect stopover location though. Breakfast good as well.

This is a rating of the same property that I stayed in one week later for which I gave a 1 star rating.
This stay (a week prior) was very comfortable and while our neighbour played loud music. He had it turned off by 9 pm and not a peep was heard from that room for the rest of the night.
Overall, it was a good experience and I felt very safe there, which made the next stay all the more surprising.

We stayed here on Saturday, October 19. Was satisfied for most part. However, someone tried to gain access to room between 1:08 am and 1:15 am. Fortunately, security lock was engaged. This person had either a Master Key, a duplicate card from another stay or some locks are the same at this hotel. If staff member, no knock on door or introduction of self & reason for opening door. Next morning, told girl at desk and while she apologized, I don't believe she took the issue as seriously as I believe it should have been taken. The lady setting up the breakfast understood the issue. This is the reason for the 1 star rating for my stay.

Attendant upon checking in was rude. Room had a funk smell. Cluttered air conditioners, furniture, microwaves, & pictures everywhere outside. Lights in bathroom and sink area very dim. Property neglected!
