Spacious, well-appointed room - made for a comfortable stay. Check-in/out process was quick and easy. Very conveniently located in terms of subway access. And a short walk from the Ghostbusters fire hall :)

They were able to accommodate my request for a patio. Room was a bit awkward as the cabinet closet and the corner of the wall were very close. Otherwise the stay was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly

The location is quite good, near chinatown and easy to find restaurant or coffee shop. The main problem is less clean. The room is so dusty, floor is very dirty. I stayed for 4 nights and everyday the cleaning service only make up the bed. The table and other furniture are dusty and the carpet never been vacuum along my stayed.
