Great ocean view. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The bathroom was on the smaller side but functional. The hotel was quiet but we were also there during the off season-January. I would stay there again.

My boyfriend and I did not enjoy our stay due to upon arrival the room we were assigned did not have properly working heat and we had to move to another room. Although the 2nd room was bigger , we had to wait almost an hour for the shower to get hot each day we were here . Also we were not able to connect to the wifi while in the room. We asked the front desk for assistance,they sent a member of maintenance that told us he didnt know what to do about the wifi and that there was a shift change at the front desk and they will change our room once again and someone will come back to us , but no one did. We will not stay here again

Overall the stay was okay, we stayed for 4 days and not once was our room asked to be cleaned and or if we needed anything. The shower was leaking and our floors was stained. Only one elevator was working. The night crew was very good! It could've been a better experience.
