It was very nice hotel not far from Solvang. Very nice room, pet friendly. No your usual hotel, more like boutique hotel. We will be back!

The room was clean , beat and bougie . It was moneys worth .

We reserved two rooms on the second story, when we arrived only one was available and it was over the noisy lounge; the other was on the ground floor. We had to ask for the food/beverage credit coupons instead of them being given to us upon arrival. We did not receive a room upgrade as we should have. The breakfast is nice. The rooms are very dark and are in need of some upgrades. The fitness room was large with lots of choices but there were no towels or water cups in it. Overall I am not convinced of sraying here again.

Front desk clerk was very helpful when checking in. Staff there were very friendly. I was satisfied with how clean things were.

When we checked in, we were told that if we wanted to extend our stay, then we just needed to contact the desk the next morning. We did that as soon as we got up but when we tried to add another night, we were told we wouldn’t be able to keep our room and would have to move to a room what was not assessable. We moved to a different hotel.

Nice place to stay in Solvang. Sideways Inn of the Sideways movie fame. Walkable to a lovely breakfast place, and 5 min drive to Ostrichland and 10 min drive to Solvang's Main Street. Service was good, except for: 1. booked 2 rooms but 2 nearby rooms were not available at 3pm the checkin time. we had one room on the 1st floor and another not too far, but on the 2nd floor. 2. we ordered breakfast electronically by 9pm prev day like they asked us to, but breakfast didn't arrive and we had to follow up twice. 3. included free breakfast was just a readymade oats packet we had to heat in the room, a fruit and juice. This is not free included breakfast in the lobby area. 4. there was barely any flexibility to checkout late - even though as an Expedia Platinum member, I would have liked 1hr's leniency that Expedia offers. Got 30min free, but for the next 30min had to pay $25 per room.

I took my toddler on a one night Christmas vacation on 12/22-12/23. We loved the smore’s making by the outdoor fire pits, location of the room to the pool and lobby, and the room itself, hot tea availability, cleanliness, quaintness of the aesthetic, and the girl who checked us in was kind, enthusiastic, and friendly. I plan to make it a yearly tradition to come back to your hotel at Christmas time.

Around 10 min away from Solvang. Lounge was great as well. Sliding bathroom door constantly jammed, but it did not fully detract from the experience.
