Clean remodeled room. The place was under construction but can't wait to see it when it's done. Thanks for the hospitality.

We were not informed that the hotel was being renovated during our stay which meant checking in at a side door entrance. Upon ringing the door bell a staff member met us at the door to let us in and then we immediately noted a very strong odor of marijuana in the hallway. I believe there is a no smoking law when indoors. The staff would have had to notice it. When we went to our room and used our key card we were unable to open the door as someone had closed the security lock on the inside of the door so we could not enter. We wondered if there was someone else in our room. Staff were apologetic and called maintenance and they were unable to unlock the door 15 minutes later. We like the size of the room, the beds were comfortable, nice kitchen, however the carpet in the living room had very large stains throughout and was dirty. While our stay was comfortable, the other issues did not leave a good impression.

I truly loved this suite! The friend who was going to occupy the 2nd room didn’t make it so I had the whole place to myself! Everyone at the front desk was kind, professional, & helpful. I enjoyed the fall decorations in the lobby & I absolutely LOVED the little dog bed & treats for the pet owners who’ve been traveling with their fur babies so they can check in without having to worry about their pups. I will absolutely be back with my whole family- and maybe even our pups!

Quiet place and convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it fit our needs perfectly. We traveled with our 2 college-aged sons and had plenty of room. The breakfast was well-stocked and we never had an issue finding a table. Our room was clean and well-stocked. No issues with our stay at all. We would recommend this hotel for families.

Great spot as a home-base for a quick (or longer-term) trip to Portland or Vancouver. Spacious and clean, pet-friendly too, and very near the Mall which had great, inexpensive EV charging.

The room was clean and bigger than expected. It was a comfortable stay, even though there was some construction going on - we barely even heard anything. Friendly staff. Dog friendly too.

Portions of the hotel were under construction, and this was not mentioned at time of booking. Workers started at 7:00 on a Saturday morning, a bit annoying…location is a bit rough these days.

Rooms are spacious and clean

It was outdated and the furniture smelled. It said no smoking but the hallway smelled of a heavy smoker.

That the doors unlock when a kid pulls on the handle. So scary.

First time at this property. The room was very good and the staff was nice, but the breakfast options were not great. Bonus for nice outdoor pool, hot tub and basketball court.

I had to stay one night with Vancouver, the service was great.
