The room was nice and clean other than the little bit of sticky substance on the nightstand that would not come off. You also do have to pay to park at the hotel which is very strange to me since you’re already paying to stay there. Also, check the expiration on the food in the lobby before purchasing. Got a few things one night and 3/4 of them were expired by a bit. The front desk lady (forgot her name) but she was very nice, welcoming and informative.

The only thing I didn't like is expedia's inability to cancel a erroneously made reservation at this hotel for December 23rd and Dec 24th. I've tried canceling many times but it remains on the books. Just want to let you know I will not pay for the reservation I've tried to cancel so many times with Expedia but they have refused to confirm a cancel. Timothy J bill

Convenient. Perfect location

Very quiet, great price for the area, staff very friendly, rooms were new and fresh. But seven dollars a night to park? I know it's a Sonesta "thing" but just add it to the rate. Consumers are tired of the add ons. It's not Vegas.

Beautiful place to stay everything was just perfect

Well they bill for parking, $200 deposit, toilet didn't flush, coffee machine doesn't work, no remote control in bedroom so I couldn't watch anything while just relaxing in bed. My room was the farthest room away. Imagine Las Vegas halls but no casino or restaurants downtown stairs.

The hotel didn't provide me 1 bedrooms Sute like I booked.They provided to me Studio .I traveled with dog and separate place was important for me.The hotel administrator don't make professional and accurate work becose thay sale more avalable rooms than thay have.

It was so quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very cozy. A full size refrigerator, microwave and stove top and dishwasher made preparing my own food so nice. Grocery stores and parks close by. The staff is so welcoming. It’s a pleasure to visit this location.

My stay didnt start out so great. Went to bed and the pillows smelled horrible. I tried to dial the front desk to get the pillows replaced but I couldn't get the phone to work. It also started to get a little cold in the room and I also couldn't get the thermostat to work. Miserable night. Went to make coffee in the morning and the coffee maker wouldn't work! Exasperated, I took a smelly pillow to the front desk and listed all the flaws in my room and was promised that every one of them would be addressed. 1. Maintenance came first and explained that you need to tap a certain button to activate the phone. Signage for that? None. 2. Thermostat on the wall was deactivated and you need to use the AC and Heat unit under the window. Why is the thermostat on wall still there if it doesn't work?!! 3. Coffee maker replaced. 4. Housekeeping arrived with four sweet smelling brand new pillows.(She also handed me sheets and fresh blankets..handed me?) The rest of my stay was perfect and I'm rating on that. I will definitely stay again. The lack of details was disappointing..the speed in which everything was resolved was key. Oh and..replace 10 year old phones and if it doesn't work..fix it!

No hangers in the closet. Only one bath towel in bathroom.

This hotel has very clean rooms. It was pleasant to stay at this location. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Overall ~ a very good experience. I will return.

Very pleasant. I was pleased with everything. The check in and check out experiences are met with courtesy and kindness. Wonderful place to stay - close to many locations.
