First room was musty. Second room offered smelled faintly like cat pee. Third room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff was having a rough day with the smoke alarms having gone off, the fire department there, and sprinklers had wet everything and made waterfall noises in the elevator. We weren't warned not to use the elevator until we got off on the second floor and reported to maintenance that we heard waterfall noises in the elevator. He said not to use it. 2nd day they were drying the hallway with blower fans, which is good and proactive to avoid mold. Parking lot was very icy and on a hill. In Minnesota in January that might be unavoidable. But we will look for a hotel with a flat parking lot next time. Breakfast was good, but without enough seating, and with long lines for eggs and bacon the second morning. Coffee was weak. We added some instant coffee to ours after the 1st day. All staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the breakfast attendant. The exception was a young woman at the front desk with no name tag visible. She had dark hair in a bob, above shoulder length, and a u-shaped silver nose ring with small balls on each side's points as they stuck out of each nostril. Not my favorite to see at a high-end hotel front desk, but Minnesota has fallen way down, so I would have overlooked that. But she was also somewhat rude and unfriendly in the 2-3 interactions we had with her over the three days we were there. We would not stay there again.

The room was great, however the breakfast could use some refreshing. Options were limited, muffin had mold on it. Due to limited offerings everyone seemed to want a waffle and with only one waffle maker, when it got busy it took 20-30 min of standing in line to make one.

So nice to have an excellent breakfast, clean room, quiet halllway, working pool and hot tub. Flawless visit. Thank you.

Only stayed for one night , 2 adults 3 kids. Had plenty of room. Very clean rooms. Hassle free early check-in.

I dont know if thwre was watwr damage but they had giant fans blowing and in additin to that the pot mell was very bad. Thw hitel looked updated but our room had some issjes such as towel rack fell. One of the tvs didnt work. Heater was very loud and crack in sink.

When i checked in i didn't have a room ready i didnt get the room i selected on website the room had broken items and the bed wasn't bed properly.

Staff was very helpful.. lots of choices for the breakfast

The propert allowed us to check-in earlier than the 3:00 pm time frame. Excellent counter representative

Big pool, spa was hot! 👍 Could easily hear conversations in hallway, footfalls on floor above and flushing toilets. I expected a “suite” to be more roomy.

Everything was good.

When checking in we were greeted by a friendly front staff, even though you could tell he was extremely busy. The lobby was full of families with little children (don't get me wrong I love kids but I am a teacher and it was Christmas break). I asked if we could have a room away from children. He just smiled. He did amazing as we heard nothing but the traffic from the freeway (we turned the fan on and that solved that problem). Breakfast was good. Hot tub could use a cleaning and new jets.

My kids are loving the pool and the couch area is a huge hit for our family too.

Just a one night stay but very clean and comfortable! Lots of room in the suite!! Great place to stay!

Was a nice place to stay. Convenient location, and awesome staff. The only down side was that the pool was too cold to enjoy, but the hot tub was awesome!
