Easy check-in and clean facilities!

Great front desk staff, breakfast very good, beds very comfortable, room very nicely set up. Lobby smells great

Kitchenette was nicely stocked to serve 4 with a toaster, colander, veg peeler. Rooms fairly well insulated.

The shower had lotion locked into the holder, and bath gel was locked into the holder by the sink.

Pleasantly surprised at how great this hotel was! Super friendly staff, impressive breakfast buffet, huge room with kitchen, and entire hotel was very clean! Hotel was much cleaner than many of the more expensive brands. Stayed for the location (close to children’s Primary) but ended up having a very comfortable and lovely stay.

It's easy to go to our client's office.

Very clean and the mini suite with kitchen was well appointed. Super new, clean, and secure. Breakfast included was a step above typical.

Room not cleaned upon arrival. Dirty dishes. Dirty coffee machine. Poor attitude when cleaning addressed. Another two noghts without cleaning. Attitude in reception really bad. Never this hotel again.

The suite we had was on the top floor over looking the pool and the valley. It was so beautiful and the place was super clean. The staff were all very curious and kind.

Traverse Mountain has a unique layout that feels adventurous and luxurious. We struggled with getting the staff to attend to needs that we asked a couple times for and never received. When other families abused the pool/spa the staff looked the other way, taking away from a good experience for other guests. The first time I called to ask if we could get a few more towels for our room, the front desk sounded very annoyed and put out as soon as they answered. Parking was very full, using elevators took awhile as the hotel must have been at full capacity. Not a great experience, unfortunately.

When we checked in they said they didn't have a room for me. I said well it was non refundable so ummmmm ya either gotta find me a room or get me my money back. They eventually put us in a wheelchair accessible room which was fine. The room was clean, large, and comfy. The only negative was the loudest rickity a/c unit I've ever heard (rm 200) made it tough to sleep. The breakfast buffet makes everything worth it though!

We arrived very late and the associate checked us in quickly. We needed extra bedding for the couch bed and he was quick to get us what we needed. Very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and the breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

i didn't like the shower.

The elevator was vomited from the day we arrived until we left in the morning. We let the receptionist know and they didn't clean it.

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for the whole family.
