We went down for Monster jam. The room accommodated 4 children and two adults comfortably l! Breakfast was great. Even though the pool was busy it was an excellent way to entertain the kids

Clean and love it

Great family place to stay!

Staff was not very helpful rooms could have been way cleaner.

The lady that checked us in didn’t tell us where our room was or any information about the hotel. She was not friendly at all. The people above us jumped around til way after midnight I had to call the front desk not that it helped any.

The room smelt like greasy food and had a lot of dew on the windows. The TVs only worked some of the time. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the use of the pool but not the over powering smell of the chlorine. It is understandable why they have to use so much chlorine but in an enclosed space there is the ability to use other chemicals and maintain the facilities. When in a suite there should be enough seating at a table for the amount of guests that are asked to be accommodated. Couch was broken. Coffee pot was broken. Told the front desk and they just said they would investigate it.

I liked the pool that it was big and family friendly

Our vehicle was broken into and some property stolen. There are cameras on the property but we were told they only cover the immediate front entrance and not the adjacent parking. On a good note, the kids loved the pool and slide. Not sure how sanitary the pool is….was there for over an hour and did not see one person leave for the bathroom?

There is a lot to unpack for my christmas visit to this hotel. I came with my disabled child so we could go on the waterslide together as that's one of the few things my child can do with me. We came early to check in before work, knowing that the room would not be ready yet, but we could pay and submit identification and credit card. Well, the man at the front desk acted as though we had asked for his arms to be ripped off. My partner went in twice and was turned away from paying. I went in the third time and was told that there was no way for their IHG hotel system to check me in without a room available. Now, I have worked in hotels for a decade and the Director of Finance for a luxury resort. I have also worked for IHG. I know that the system can do this. The front desk man was shaking and sweating and insisting he could not check us in and that it was "weird that I know more about his system than him". I explained that I knew he could check us in now and if he couldn't, then I suggested he call his General Manager. He got even more aggravated and said "you know what? I'm going to help you". And proceeded to check us in with our cc and a cc authorization form. Just curious that he could magically make it happen when he insisted through sweaty shakes that he could NOT make this happen. Then when I checked in later, I was informed that the waterslide was closed until after christmas for winter break. They closed the waterslide for christmas. The one thing my disabl

When I reserved the room it said that it was $25 pet fee per day and $75 max. When I arrived I was told that it was changed to $50 per day no max. That was crazy to me!!!! Don’t think I’ll be spraying in this hotel again. Everything else was ok in my opinion

Wish the big water slide/tube had been available

It's a quality suite. Sofa bed was clean, the provided silverware and kitchen supplies were clean and totally usable (except for one pot). We really enjoyed the room. Breakfast was good, and so was the fully indoor, heated pool. I wish the pool was more accessible, and that the water slide was open on weekdays.

Room was clean, breakfast was great. We were disappointed the waterslide is only open on weekends. It’s why we booked this hotel, but we didn’t get to use it.

This is possibly one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The bed was as hard as the floor, the front desk staff were rude, my room smelled like cigarettes and the water in the shower was cold.
