After coming home to a fozen water pipe, I selected a move to the Stoney Creek Cottages. Friendly and caring staff greeted me and greatly surpassed my expectations with a large room containing , nice linenes and toiletries. Breakfast was included with a wide variety of selections.

Check-in was easy and Meosha at the front desk was a gem. Told us if we needed anything to let her know. Room was comfortable, clean. Overall a great couples stay in a whirlpool cottage.

Our room had bobby pins on the floor in several places and the water took a long time to warm up for the shower and the pressure was very low. The sink was very slow to drain, so a few maintenance things to improve the room for future guests. We love staying at Stoney Creek Hotels and this was the first time we have been disappointed in our stay. Staff were great, friendly, and professional!

The king size bed was comfortable. The TV worked well. The room was spotless. The decor was very nice. There were no maintenance issues at all with the room we had.

Very dated. Had to call maintenance for the fireplace. One of the lamps was broken. Sliding door was broken and would not open. We were woke in the middle of the night with water dripping to find water dripping out of the light fixture above the hot tub. We love staying at Stoney Creek motels, but this was disappointing and most likely will not return to this location.

The staff at time of check in was fantastic! I reserved 4 rooms. One for myself and one for each one of my kids. 18 yo triplets. As it turns out, they voted in November and can rent an apartment, but could not have their own room.
Staff worked with for a solution and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible!!!!!!

Hotel was very well managed, nice staff and clean for the age of the property, had its normal wear and tare. They were accommodating to our celebration and requests. Would return. Plus for the indoor/outdoor pool, kids loved it!

We got stopped in Des Moines December 30th from a snow storm and decided to stay here. Best choice ever! The staff was sooo helpful! We had nothing with us so they gave us everything we needed! The pool was amazing! We got to swim in the outdoor part while it snowed on us. It was amazing. And yes the pool was still very warm even though it is indoor and outdoor. The beds were so comfy! And the breakfast was great! We may come stay again tomorrow just for fun!!!
