SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ellensburg

Decent property for the price.

The room was average. Found out after booking stay that the pool was not available. Same breakfast everyday. No real protein other than boiled egg...so not diabetic friendly at all. Buscuits and gravy used the same gravy and container all 3 days we were there and did not wash the container.

Centrally located, but there's a rail line about 200 yards away.

My family (2 kids and wife) had a great stay! Just one Saturday night and we felt very comfortable and had a great time. The room key messed up twice on us and that was the only issue we had. It was irritating at the time but was fixed quickly. Breakfast offered waffle maker, juice, milk, cereal, fruit and more!!

When using the hot water it sounded like a jack hammer in the wall. A used bar of soap was in the shower All of the light bulb’s were day light tone. This tone is used for working on projects maybe a bathroom at best. They are not resting lights after a long day. Spilled coffee or brown liquid down the backside of the tv. The parking lot was maxed out as a huge portion is apparently reserved for charging electric cars.

Good overall, Somehow got the handicap room but smelled a bit.

I moved the chair from out from under the air conditioner and there was debris showing nothing moved when vacuuming

The room was old and dirty. Dog hair on the floor. Bedding looked disgusting. Shower needed a good bleaching \

it was clean, close to fast food places and the staff was friendly.

Reasonable priced for a quick trip.

Front desk ladies were super friendly and inviting which was great to experience. Room was clean but smelled strong like animals. We did need a dog friendly room but you odor was strong. Breakfast options was great.

TV did not have connection, pool/hot tub not working but they did advise us prior to check in, shower was awful. Just needed one night. Stayed less than 12 hours.

Great roadside stop. Heater was loud & garbage truck showed up around 4 am, but breakfast was great & stay was worth the price.

On the positive side, the staff was very professional and friendly, especially Isaiah and Lisa. I enjoyed talking with them. The orange juice at breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking. The TV programming was pretty good. On the negative side, the room I was initially given had too much highway noise, so I had to spend a good deal of time with the desk agent up and down the stairs (no elevator) to find a quieter room. It turned out that all the single rooms were on the noisy side of the hotel, so I had to take a double room on the quiet side, although the agent was very professional and did not raise the rate. The heater was also noisy and had no thermostat to automatically turn off when it was warm enough. I always had to turn it off manually. The beds weren't as firm as I had hoped, and I had to call for more blankets because they were too thin. I had to call the front desk three times over three days to get service on my bathroom light, which started flickering at first, then went out the next day. The hot and cold settings on the bathroom faucet were reversed from normal (normal is hot on the left, cold on the right). Very annoying! And the faucet was too close to the edge of the basin and hard to pull up. Also, the towels were too rough! The pool and hot tub were broken when I was there. If I had remembered to bring my bathing suit, I would have been pretty annoyed. In short, you need to upgrade the features of this hotel!!
