Very beautiful place. I will continue to stay there every time I travel to Santa Cruz. Very clean, quiet and they allow you to have pets. Management was excellent. Beautiful views and awesome little Bar with great local music. Thanks for the great stay 🙏

The rooms were big and the beds very comfortable. The hotel had live music from 7-10pm. The man checking us in wasn't having any of our friendliness, but the checkin itself went quickly.

Nice clean rooms. Easy parking. Little convience store on site. Live music on the weekends. Great place to have fun and unwind in the Santa Cruz mountains.

Reasonable place to stay near Boulder Creek, was there in January with a good price. Room was spacious and clean. Bathtub did not drain well. Staff were a bit unenthused but, hey, I get that, it was a cold, long winter night in what seemed like the off season.

The room was large but there was no table or sofa. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator so to get to our room there was 4 flights of stairs. Other than that it was quiet and relaxing. The bar was good and the live music fun.

I was very disappointed because the website on hotels.com reflected the property & the amenities as they used to be…they are not that way now…everything that was on the website for the amenities was in disarray & not open to the public. The website needs to reflect a disclaimer about the amenities, and inform the prospective travelers. The service staff was great. Very friendly & helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to until a disclaimer is posted informing the public of the property’s condition

The diner on the property was very good for breakfast. Unfortunately, it closed at 5 so we didn't get to eat supper there. It is an older hotel but has been kept up with. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. It was a big room with a balcony. They accommodated a late checkout for us.

The place was okay. However, the bed was uncomfortable, the air conditioner was loud. The bathroom sink water fountain barely had any water coming out and it was only on cold. The jet bathtub was dismantled so even though it looked like a Jacuzzi, it was not operational. The staff was very nice and that is the only reason I would go back.
