Beautiful lobby with fireplace, lots of seating and TVs to hang out. Spyhouse Coffee off the lobby had great drinks. Our room was huge, corner unit with fridge dishwasher and oven. It had retractable blinds which was so great with all the windows. Price was comparable to rooms at nearby Kahler Grand at that time and that hotel is not nearly as nice IMO. Underground parking was great as it was snowing. Close to Mayo hospital which is why we stayed there, maybe 5 minute drive.

Beautiful hotel, clean and safe with friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean and had all the needed amenities. The only negative for us was the bed, hard as a rock and the pillows were flat.

This is the perfect place if you have appointments at Mayo Clinic. Transportation is easy, convenient, friendly and accommodating. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Definitely will be staying there again!

The hotel is new and everything was in perfect condition. It was really nice to have a fully functional kitchen. The staff were nice and very helpful. They even helped me figure out how to get reimbursed from Hotels.com when we were ready to leave a day early. The breakfast was a pretty standard hotel breakfast but it was very nice to have the convenience. They would have taken us to a nearby restaurant by shuttle but we preferred to walk. Overall a very nice experience.
