Hard to rate this hotel when our room (103 was in the worst location- next to employee break room, 1st floor, heavy traffic. Very noisy— highway noise, thin walls- you can hear everyone- tiny lights everywhere in the room that are bright and annoying while sleeping. I’m exhausted after staying there

The Staff was great. We changed rooms because the person above us was so noisy walking and moving chairs etc. all floors are now wood. the new room was on the top floor but the walls are very thin we could hear neighbors talking late. In the morning all the doors were slamming when people got up early. Not worth the money but great staff

The property looks good overall but maintenance like bath tile failing & uncaulked does not look good nor feels sanitary. Hairs from previous folks on the shower floor plus a long hair on one of the hooks as you come in the door. Not a nice welcome hanging up my coat.
Staff was great & welcoming & helpful. Not at all a reflection on the hotel but it is so awful that pet guests do not pick up after them. You have provided a nice area around the place, plenty of sanitary bags & even a designated disposal container which, except for my contribution from my dog, was empty. In the meantime one could not walk without stepping in waste. I thank you for being pet friendly & stay with you because of that feature but I am so sorry that I'm so sorry other pet owners give us considerate pet owners a bad name.

Coffee and tea available all day long. Filled up my thermos with hot tea before heading out. Room is somewhat small, but still cozy. Good breakfast. There are boiled eggs option, for those not wanting scrambled eggs. New River Gorge National Park is not far, so stop by if you have time to spare. Google for Wolf Creek Falls, WV for a hike with a view. Overall, perfect for what I was looking for.

Everything was awesome but it seemed cold and impersonable. I am assuming we were put in a handicapped room? I hope all the rooms are not like that. Couldn't get the shower to come on. Hoses and bars everywhere. Finally got it to work. Don't know how 🙄 It was sufficient but a little disappointed considering the price. Breakfast was good and had food to buy if you didn't want to go out.
