This was my 2nd stay here. I like having an apartment, and not just a room. Bonus! It doesn't cost any more than a hotel in the area! I get a 2nd floor because it feels like being in a treehouse. You're up in the trees. When sitting on your balcony. Also, I feel safe there. Always so clean in the unit, and around the property. Plenty of things in the kitchen to cook if needed.

We liked the separate bedrooms with it's own bathrooms. We liked our unit was backed up to the woods. The unit had a funny smell but with some air freshener, it was fine. The TV remote in the main living space had volume issues the TV would go very low then very loud.

Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk were pleasant. Check-in was easy. Upon arrival to the building, there were bags of supplies laying on the front lawn and trash in the entranceway to the building. The entanceway had an odd odor. Our condo was on the second floor and was outdated and aged. The walls were chipped and the paint 80’s yellow. There were spots on the furniture, floor and the kitchen counter. The countertops were chipped in the kitchen and baths. The bathrooms needed upgrading. When showering the hot water would run out prior to finishing your shower. The towels were rough and felt like sandpaper. The toilet had a leak and would fill every a few minutes. The beds were not uncomfortable, but they were short sheeted and there were not enough blankets to keep you warm in 35° weather.
While the place was clean, we don’t believe we will be returning unless there is an update and repairs made.

Everything was great with this property. Except for the fact that our room wasn’t that clean. Our shower had mold in it and in one of the closets. There were died pill bugs of some kind.
Other then all that everything was good. A little out dated but okay

I have stayed here before and will keep coming back . It’s so much nicer having basically a small condo with kitchen , separate sleeping area , etc. than staying in a typical hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the space and intend to return.

The property was reasonably priced for the overall stay. The room was very spacious, clean, and as advertised. Only concern was a pipe leak from the bathroom above, which dripped into our shower. This, whenever the people above us showered, it would drip for a while into our shower. This affected our sleeping experience since it was loud at night, and our shower experience, since cold water would drip onto me while showering. Other than that, I would overall recommend this place
