It was a very nice and clean hotel. Staff was friendly. I needed it for a night for an unexpected stay over and it was a nice place that was reasonably priced.

absolutely love the seltzer on tap in the lobby very unique feature a real treat love the bottle water in the rooms complimentary coffee and cookie go a long way hotel is a fair price for the location

Rooms were small as advertised Their use of old fashioned fabric electric cords was troubling Overall staff and facility was very good,5 Convenient location and fair price I would use again

A very stylish small hotel with wonderful amenities. However, our King room was tiny, with a very, very small bathroom. It reminded me of the miniscule room we had in Paris. Also, half the room was very cold and half was fine, so clearly an inadequate hvac system. The staff was professional and accommodating.

Everything was fine, great location, staff was friendly and efficient, room was clean. Only a three star rating because the room and bathroom were uncomfortably small - maybe the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in hundreds. Probably will not be back here again unless I discuss an advance what the size of my room will be.

Great location in Upper East Side, close to Guggenheim, Neue Galerie, Central Park. Met all our needs, very friendly staff. Felt like home

Great boutique hotel. Glad I got the King bed room with 220 sq ft. On third night, I finally learned how to use the remote for the heating system.

I have stayed there many times. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and cozy.

The room was freezing so it was very uncomfortable. Other guests I asked experienced the same issue so it wasn't an isolated problem. I wouldn't stay here again. The rooms were very small and a bit shabby, and the place smelled musty. Most of the staff was friendly though.

The hotel was fabulous but there was no room for parking overnight feel a guest should be able to reserve overnight parking upon booking.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the metro and different food establishments where you can easily pick up breakfast. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and well serviced. The room is small so there isn't much space for your suitcases and there isn't bed side tables, which was slightly annoying. The condition of the rooms was OK, but there was some peeling paint on the ceilings.

This hotel is one of my favorites in NYC! The last time I stayed there was before the renovation - it was great to see how it has been improved! It’s a quaint hotel in a safe and walkable part of the city.

Too tiny to stay. You cannot turn around in the bathroom and room becomes a mess easily as it is too small. Feels like a motel room. Staff and cleanness is the only pros. Probably won't be back.
