Walking distance to pier 39 I love that, balcony view was amazing and parking was safe. Only thing was the girl forgot to release my deposit and I had to call 4 days later to get it released. Other than that it was decent

Not as pictured. Very dirty entire property. sheets not clean. Walls with water damage. Room smelled musty.

Well I was transporting my son to an appointment out of town and had to be there in San Francisco. Paying close to $300 for a room it didn't seem quite to be that type of Motel. As soon as you walk in the lobby there's an old smell like rested pipes or mildew and because of that I asked if I could see the room just from the smell of the lobby alone. The staff lady was very rude at the front desk and stated there's only one employee for the whole Motel. She kept pushing off other people so she can book everybody in the lobby before everybody gets to go to their room. I went and seen the room and it was disgusting even though it was picked up and clean the sanitation was disgusting the bed had big old dips and holes in it stains all over the sofas and it was totally disgusting the smell inside the room smell like old mold and the walls outside look like people threw up on them it looked like a Trap House Motel 6. I went back downstairs and told her there's no way I'm paying almost $300 for this plus she was going to charge me another $40 to park. I'm on a fixed income on disability and this was not a hotel that is even close Lee worth the money that people are paying for. They don't inform you of the parking charge. They want to make separate charges when you get to the motel. I told him that I wanted my money back I was refusing to pay and she told me I had a fight to get it back. I did not stay at this Motel I did not sign anything nor did I unpack to even go to the room.

It was very convenient how close to the piers we were.

Great location. Definitely needs some updating but can't beat the rates for this area. Room with balcony overlooking bay was great!

The staff were great, but the room was not in good condition, there was a lot of outside noise, there was no curtain in the shower and the single glass windows let all the noise in. The kids got bug bites as well.

I was told parking was free, then had to pay $30 per day. Property was nothing like the on line pictures, it was very outdated and in need of repairs. My wife and i couldnt sleep the whole night we stayed there because of noises inside and outside the motel. I paid for 2 nights, but packed up and left after the first. The room itself was clean, but it was in need of many repairs. The heater in the room was very loud as well.

This hotel is in poor condition. I felt a bit unsafe. The mattres was bumpy and very uncomfortable. The heater was insanely loud and we decided to keep it off to be able to sleep, but there were no blankets and we were freezing cold. Pillows were horrible. 0/10. Do not recommend this place.

Location was perfect. The bed needs to be replaced. Most outlets did not work and we could not plug in the coffee maker because it pulled too much power. But there was a Starbucks right around the corner. They charged $40 a day for parking which I thought was a lot. But our car was behind a gate the whole stay. It fits the need if you are going to be out in the city most of the time.

You can not control your heat or air in the room. You have to ask staff to turn it on, and they like doing that. WiFi is spotty and not secure.

Easy and affordable.. many walkable attractions and dining. They are under construction/Renovating but still good.

It was comfortable is good for a weekend quiet worth it I would definitely stay there again

Great location, it’s centrally located at Fisherman’s Wharf, what more can I say. Room is very comfy. Important note: parking is no longer free. This is a recent change, so older reviews state the old policy. Rooms need some renovation, but not really an issue.

The rooms are not the most up to date. However, clean, nice beds, convenient area, close to pier 39, walkable. Customer service was good, and stay all in all was well.
