3rd to Princess D'Annam Resort & Spa in 2017, feeling and everything just as you expected. Great. From the staff to the food and the scenery is still pretty, as cute as the first time. Good food, good staff. Landscape, swimming pool here all corners are beautiful. I will definitely come here again. Thank you staff resort gave yourself a wonderful vacation, relax, comfortable.

The resort is beautiful. However, the staff's attitude is not good. I went to the restaurant to eat on Christmas and the staff said that only the Christmas set menu can be eaten at the restaurant, and if you order food, you have to go to your room to eat (I don't understand this rule very well).
The customer had not left the room yet but came knocking on the door to ask to check the room. When checking, they were very noisy and I reminded them but they still had an attitude. Besides, they also went out to ask the customer why the resort's velvet hook was not found. In general, the staff is not very tactful.
Will never come back with such an attitude. Disappointed!

Beautiful hotel located in a remote area. Perfect for couples who want to take a break from the chaos of the city. However there are some points that definitely have to be improved. First you may not get out from the hotel to explore around if you don't come by car. They don't have moto rentals and when you call to check if there is a taxi they say taxis usually come just if it's for long distances. The hotel offered me some bikes however I got a baby and none had the baby seat. Other point that was really bad for me was the quantity of flies around during the meals. We couldn't enjoy too much the terrace for them and we had to take our meals into the AC space. Finally, many of. The staff don't speak English very well so they misunderstand the orders and at the end the service makes you frustrated. Just one pool has shadow so really difficult to get into all with those high temperatures. The first day I found many dead fish on the beach so definitely no the best beach. The best thing from the hotel are the cleanliness, the kids club, the size of the suites and the beauty of the architecture. The spa is also good and finally the general manager was so kind and attentive to us.

The staff is very enthusiastic, preparing cake and flowers, decorating the room completely free of charge when knowing this is my wife's birthday. Very good breakfast. The resort is a bit far from Phan Thiet, if you can arrange a car with a reasonable price for customers (not owning a car) and going to Phan Thiet then it is great.

The food is so good, fresh and delicious. We had friendly, warm welcome. The staff is friendly. They are always smile and ready to help. The manager cares the visitors, he's ready to serve us when waiters are busy. It's surprised us. We would love to come back some day.

Surcharge is too high, the room has 2 people, 2 couples traveling with 2 small children 7 years old and 9 years old surcharges renting 2 rooms, will not come back to this place anymore, have breakfast and order, not buffet

Resort 5 stars but the quality is about 3 stars:
1. Resort should have private car to take guests from Phan Thiet to the Resort (do not ride with guests along the road, like a bus)
2. When getting off the car, there is a waiter but only leading into the lobby, not carrying luggage for customers
3. The receptionist should ask guests would like to briefly introduce the resort and the benefits, incentives when staying in this room type? Over here, the guest automatically asked and the staff reluctantly answered
4. I'm in the Princess room but when checking in the rough floor, the outdoor bath is very dusty

We called for an apartment for rent, we used to sell outside, and then to the next person to make this cup of coffee.
The old palace is very old, that is the last pillow look that is so cute and dirty.
If anyone goes to An Nam before, the way of life in Annam is not as good as before.

The resort is quiet, the scenery is beautiful, the rooms are clean and nice, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. Good breakfast but little Vietnamese dishes to choose. The price of food at the restaurant is reasonable. Swimming pool is very nice. Free sauna is great. The spa area and the sauna area are very nice. I stayed here for 01 night in August 2017. The room is spacious and nice. All villa are hiding into a big garden so the atmosphere were great. The infinity pool is too deep, it will be great if it is about 1.2m to 1.6m. The staff are so nice and all of them remember my food preference without HSKP. They sent me the turn down service cookies with cashew nuts ingredient, they damaged my dinner.
