The air conditioner is not cool, it's so hot. The hotel doesn't have condoms, it's crazy. The room is small but the price is high.

Hello, I have received your feedback. First of all, I hope you sympathize with the experiences that made you feel uncomfortable during your stay. I would like to respond as follows:
Firstly, regarding the air conditioner, at the time of your stay, the air conditioner was still working normally, possibly because the previous guest mistakenly switched to dehumidifying mode or drying mode, so there might not be any cold air, and at that time, the Reception did not receive any calls from your room reporting that the air conditioner was not cool or had any problems so that the Reception could check and support you.
Second, regarding condoms, because of the sensitive nature of the items when there are children or underage guests staying, our hotel does not keep condoms in the rooms, but instead they are always available at the reception desk to serve guests when needed. And at that time, the reception desk did not receive any calls from your room to be able to support what you need.
As for room types, the system has fully set up images, functions and detailed room prices. Maybe you are not satisfied with your choice when you have not checked the information of the room type you have booked. The hotel still has many other room types that are more suitable to your desired needs.
Once again, sorry for your unpleasant experience. If I have the opportunity to serve you again, I hope to serve you better.

The hotel is quite old, the beds and pillows are smelly. It's like they just cleaned up, but didn't change the sheets and pillowcases after the previous guests checked out.
