The air conditioner is not cool, it's so hot. The hotel doesn't have condoms, it's crazy. The room is small but the price is high.

Second, regarding condoms, because of the sensitive nature of the items when there are children or underage guests staying, our hotel does not keep condoms in the rooms, but instead they are always available at the reception desk to serve guests when needed. And at that time, the reception desk did not receive any calls from your room to be able to support what you need. As for room types, the system has fully set up images, functions and detailed room prices. Maybe you are not satisfied with your choice when you have not checked the information of the room type you have booked. The hotel still has many other room types that are more suitable to your desired needs. Once again, sorry for your unpleasant experience.
