There were 4 of us occupying 2 rooms while staying at this hotel. The hotel itself looks okay from the outside. However, the rooms given were at the 11th floor, while the only lift reached at the 10th floor. This would have been okay if there weren’t many group bookings, which tend to be doing activities around the same time. Thus during breakfast (on 1st floor )we have to wait a long time for the lift to come down to the breakfast floor. Luckily all of us able to go up and down via the stairs. This inconvenience not as bad as waiting for the lift to checkout with luggage.
The rooms are not well maintained. Dust on the shelves, water pressure almost non existent. Breakfast give a choice of Vietnamese and continental breakfast. Food are continuously replenish, which gladdens hungrier members of the group.
Overall, the management should consider doing something to improve the water pressure for the showers. The front office staffs are courteous and helpful. General cleanliness of the 11th floor rooms should be improved. Their 3 star hotel ratings I think is not deserved for the services we received.

We stay here for 2 days, the location is near to traditional market and easy to reach.
The hotel staff is helpful and polite.
Breakfast is simple and delicious.

Easy to find, we took grabcar and the driver can take us to this hotel without any problem. Easy check in, just need to show our passports for them to copy. The room size was ok and clean, we took a triple room. The location is good, only 3 minutes walk to go to Ben Thanh market and 5 minutes walk to Saigon Square.

clean room. room is quite small due to its central location. Staff (not reception desk) is friendly and helpful. recommended for tourist who like to explore Ho chi Minh on foot and have low budget.

Everything is good. Had a great stay throughout the 3 nights. The breakfast is nice and a lot of variety. Location is very strategic, just walking distance within 1 minutes to Ben Thanh Market. The bed is very comfortable.

It was bad time in that hotel. The key card it broken and electricity keep down all the time also the technician staff cannot control his emotions to talk to customers. They gave only one towel for 2 people and we cannot contact to front desk because the phone in the room have no cable I have to when downstairs to asking for other towel and cable but they don't have them. such a bad service ever.
