I love this hotel as well as the professional staffs. I couldn't help falling in love with every little details. The receptionist is extremely friendly. I got a junior suite room, which is out of my exception. The Thai restaurant is a must try place, Ms.AOM (restaurant manager) was so caring and helped us understand more about Thai food/culture. As this hotel is managed by Thailand standard then you should try Thai Food here. Definitely will be back to Dusit Phu Quoc.

Pros: room is spacious, clean, and smell so good. Direct access to the beach. With a friendly dog laying on the beach. Breakfast spread is good. Cons: the location is a bit far from long beach well you can walk for about 20-30mins. So I decided to just stay inside and not go to the night market. But most annoying thing that I found is that the room is not sound proof, I can hear bike/car honks, kids running, people talking. In that sense very uncomfortable. But everything else is OK. Will I come back? Definitely if there 's a chance.

Mọi thứ rất ok, nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện từ chú tài xế tới anh chị phục vụ các bộ phận, tuy nhiên vào ngày cuối khi vừa trở về phòng sau khi ăn sáng xong, tôi phát hiện có 1 con gián nằm chết trong phòng, tôi gọi lễ tân và 1 phút sau có 1 anh tạp vụ xuất hiện, nhìn con gián với ánh mắt như đây là điều bình thường, lúc nào cũng có, anh hỏi: có 1 con này thôi hả chị? Xong dùng tay không bóc gián mang đi và nói chị lấy khăn giấy lau chỗ dơ dùm em 🙃 sau đó khi ra về tôi lại thấy xác con gián đó nằm ngay trên lối đi trước cửa phòng của tôi 🥲

Storm but the resort doesn't let me cancel, I can't move and cancel, the remaining 2 resorts I moved 2 times because of the storm still agree and 1 cancel because of the storm, I still agree, never book this resort 2nd

Ban đầu mình đặt phòng Premium Deluxe Ocean View, đến nơi nhận phòng các khách sạn đã upgrade lên thành Junior Suite rất dễ thương. Dịch vụ đưa đón sân bay tiện lợi, bác tài nhiệt tình, xe thơm. Mình ở 3N2D thì đến đêm thứ 2 bị hỏng điều hoà, khách sạn lại tiếp tục upgrade cho mình lên thành phòng Executive Suite và liên tục hỏi thăm, xin lỗi vì sự cố. Nói chung không có gì để chê ạ ❤️

Nhân viên vô cùng nhiệt tình và lịch sự, phòng sạch đẹp, resort đẹp gần gũi thiên nhiên, ăn sáng ngon và đa dạng. Combo 150k buổi chiều của nhà hàng thái rất ngon. Có biển không thật đẹp như các bãi khác của PQ. Đánh giá chuẩn 5 sao cho resort. Sẽ quay lại khi có dịp

1 điểm cộng lớn nhất mà mình đánh giá cao cho resort là các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và vui vẻ niềm nở, khác với nhiều khách sạn lớn mình từng đi nhân viên nhiều khi thể hiện sự chuyên nghiệp nhưng không chu đáo và không thân thiện. Ở đây các bạn có hết những thứ đó, mình cảm thấy rất dễ chịu khi lưu trú tại đây.

Lần thứ 2 chọn Dusit là nơi dừng chán của gia đình tại Phú Quốc. Resort đẹp, xây dựng theo sự bền vững. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, gặp khách ở đâu sẽ chào ở đó, cười nói dạ thưa rất lễ phép. Phòng mình ở là Premium deluxe ocean nên có view biển đẹp, ngắm hoàng hôn rất long lanh luôn. Buffet sáng ăn tạm ổn, nhưng mình thấy không đa dạng và ngon như lần đầu (2020), nói chung cũng ổn. Do đợt này mình đi sau bão nên bãi cát ở resort lún khá nhiều, đi tới đâu sẽ dễ té và các cây nhỏ nhỏ đâm chân. Còn lại mọi thứ tuyệt vời, xứng đáng giá tiền bỏ ra và là nơi cư trú đáng thử nếu bạn muốn chọn resort xanh, sạch đẹp, gần trung tâm.
