I really like staying here, the hotel is very clean, the decor is luxurious and beautiful but the price is extremely reasonable. Although it is in an alley, the alley is big and bright. The hotel is clean in every corner of the room, very good, not just okay. Every time I go to Hanoi, I book a room here, it feels familiar and comfortable.

I didn't take a picture because the hotel is bad. The receptionist's English skills are lacking and not friendly, the hotel's rules are bad, especially if you bring children for a family vacation, it's not suitable. The hotel is in an alley so there is no parking for cars and Grab can't be directly in front of it.

The hotel is both new and beautiful, designed in a classic style. Although not too big, everything is arranged harmoniously. Eli Rina is located in an alley, but from the beginning of the alley, you have to enter about 6-7 houses to get there, the alley is very airy for cars. The hotel is fully equipped with amenities, clean sheets, and the cleaning staff are very cute. The receptionists are enthusiastic, my room reservation was a bit messy and I checked in late, until 2am when I checked in and they still waited to do the procedures for our group. I don't know much about Hanoi, but I think Eli Rina is located in the center, next to the Temple of Literature, a short walk to the Hanoi Flag Tower, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum... From the beginning of the alley, the hotel is 6-7 houses away, there is a very delicious Pho Huong Hau restaurant, a pho restaurant you should try once when coming to Hanoi This trip to Hanoi, everything went smoothly, so I really liked it. Will return to Hanoi and to Eli Rina hotel many more times

Convenient location, if you want to visit the Temple of Literature, you can walk. The room is clean, fully equipped, with a cool balcony. The staff is super cute and polite. Highly recommend to everyone.
