The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms and furniture are beautiful and fragrant. The staff are extremely enthusiastic and kind. The two receptionists (one wearing glasses and one named Thu, a petite girl who is very quick and always greets guests with a smile) were especially welcoming. The male staff member who helped me with my luggage, I remember his name is Tom, was incredibly friendly too. Every time we met, he would wave and greet me constantly ☺️🥰.

Cleaning service was terrible. I stayed for three nights. First day they came and I asked if they could come back later, they said yes. When I returned in the afternoon, the room wasn't cleaned and I had to call them. Second day I turned on the make up room lights and left the room. When I returned it's the same like yesterday. Location is in hamlet, hard to locate for the taxi

It 's disappointing to hear that despite your requests and the"Make Up Room"light being on, your room was not cleaned on two separate occasions. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and I will personally ensure that this issue is addressed with our housekeeping team to prevent it from happening again. Regarding the location, I understand how difficult it can be for guests to find the hotel, especially when it 's located in a smaller alley. Convenient location, if you want to visit the Temple of Literature, you can walk. The room is clean, fully equipped, with a cool balcony. The staff is super cute and polite. Highly recommend to everyone.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the decor is exactly what I like. The staff is super enthusiastic. One day, I fell and cut my hand. When I got back to the hotel, I asked to borrow cotton and red medicine but they didn't have any. They ran to the pharmacy to buy them and brought them to my room. 🫶🏻 10 points from you guys. Next time I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely book a room here again.

I arrived on a late night check-in flight but there was still a staff to pick me up and carry my suitcase, the room was fully equipped with an iron, and the room amenities were always cleaned and replaced every day. The staff was super enthusiastic. If I have the opportunity to return to Hanoi, I will still come back here. M

The location is in an alley, so there should be a signboard on Nguyen Khuyen Street to make it easier for guests to find. In addition, breakfast should be arranged for guests so that they feel comfortable when staying, even if there is breakfast, they do not have to think about finding a restaurant after waking up.
