Cleaning service was terrible. I stayed for three nights. First day they came and I asked if they could come back later, they said yes. When I returned in the afternoon, the room wasn't cleaned and I had to call them. Second day I turned on the make up room lights and left the room. When I returned it's the same like yesterday. Location is in hamlet, hard to locate for the taxi

It 's disappointing to hear that despite your requests and the"Make Up Room"light being on, your room was not cleaned on two separate occasions. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and I will personally ensure that this issue is addressed with our housekeeping team to prevent it from happening again. Regarding the location, I understand how difficult it can be for guests to find the hotel, especially when it 's located in a smaller alley. We will review the signage and explore options to make it easier for taxis and guests to locate us more conveniently. We greatly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service. The location is in an alley, so there should be a signboard on Nguyen Khuyen Street to make it easier for guests to find. In addition, breakfast should be arranged for guests so that they feel comfortable when staying, even if there is breakfast, they do not have to think about finding a restaurant after waking up.

Great hotel stay experience. Reception supports quick room changes. I went with a patient but still got help. New and clean rooms. Feels worth the price.
