Khách sạn mới, ở vị trí trung tâm Hà Nội nên thuận tiện đi lại. Phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng với giá tiền đó thì cũng hợp lý. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Nếu lựa chọn một nơi nghỉ tiết kiệm mà vẫn trung tâm và sạch sẽ thì Galliot là địa chỉ nên tìm tới.

My room is a triple room (1 double bed + 1 single bed) quite clean and spacious. The room is a bit cramped because this room has no window, but it's not too big of a problem so it didn't affect our experience much. The plus point is the central location, right at the Cathedral of Hanoi, so it is very convenient to walk around, but taking a car like taking a taxi or grab will be quite difficult because cars are limited when entering the central area. exactly like this.

Very good location next to the cathedral in the center. I live in the room with the most expensive balcony, so I feel quite satisfied. Breakfast belly lining should not expect much. Inside the gg location, there were many dissatisfied comments about the swap, when I checked in I was also asked to stay in another temporary room the next day to change the room but was determined not to accept because I chose the highest room after going out 2 3 Only when the language is available. The hotel seems to be ambiguous, like leaving rooms empty for guests to book but not for receiving. If I book the cheapest room, it doesn't really matter where .. should consider

I book a room with a balcony with a higher price than other rooms, but when I arrive, I can check in without a balcony. The reason is that the air conditioner is broken? & the hotel suggested changing rooms with a balcony for me on the next day The next day still did not see the hotel actively change rooms, I asked & received the answer is that the next day will change? On the third day, I realized that because the room with the balcony I had booked was resided by another family, the day they checked out was the day when the hotel asked me to change the room, and I did not agree to clean the toilet. quite sketchy so I do not want to move back and forth TV does not transfer the channel, phone calls reception, no signal. And I get the answer because all the systems at the hotel are like that? They told me to fix it and I am 4n3d still have nothing to change. The receptionist did not say anything about having breakfast even though the room I booked included breakfast.

Stinky rooms, mosquitoes, small, must tell new employees to change rooms, the room is changed without insects, but the night of the smell from the sewer to sleep is not possible. The mattress uses a spring mattress that is very back pain. Breakfast is only pho, and omelette, not buffet like picture.
