service is so bad, if you want to pay by card they ask to add 3% bank free, it's so terrible service. Room is so noisy, we can not sleepy till 2 am and from 5am, we never want to come back again.

John & his team were awesome; very friendly & approachable & they speak good English too! Our stay felt more like home with their wonderful hospitality. Our room was small & generously spacious for just myself & spouse, complete with basic necessities & toiletries. It’s centrally located in the bustling Old Quarter & Hanoi’s gothic little notre dame church is just a stone throw away. Further down is their famous Hoan Kiem Lake & French quarter which we enjoyed the most.

The hotel is at great location in Old Town Hanoi. The staff is friendly and helpful. However there were so many pests flying around in the room which was quite annoying.

Originally, we have booked the Superior Double Room but when we arrived at the hotel, John graciously offered to give us instead the Classic Triple Room. Moreover, we arrived really late at the hotel (around 3 am) and we are extremely glad that John waited for us. The room looks the same as in the pictures. We cannot give any review about the breakfast because we missed the breakfast time which is from 7 am to 10 am only. Though we have missed that, they have provided us the pho with the fruits. The place is near to tourist sites. It is just walking distance to St. Joseph's Cathedral. I also like the fact that the hotel has an elevator since we have many baggage. We'll surely stay here again when we come back to Hanoi. :)
