Gia Vien Hotel

Toilet is not working properly, needed to flush 3 times to clear all faeces. Hotel does not give enough tissue papers. Needed to ask more every time. This particular room is facing near the noisy street so it was quite noisy. Hotel reception at night is not so helpful.

Good and manner front desk staff, will come to stay again.

I came to this hotel is because the hotel review was good in ota but it really was a nightmare for me stayed here. I stayed here 5 nights at the 4th floors and the hotel did a renovation at that floor and the 5th floors, so the noisy sounds always have on my room ceiling from around 8 morning until afternoon 4 and the wall paint smell always can smell in my room because they did paint the room wall on 4th floors. I did complain to hotel receptionist but they did nothing only told me its was a sound from peoples working at 5th floors and cant do anything. W** I paid for my stay and I want a comfort stay but they gave me a shit. I mean the hotel could give me other room at other floor for far away from the renovation but they didn’t and also the lift have problem for 2 days and we need to use a ladder for go up and down at 4th floors, its kind an old lift and need renovation. My room should have a free coffee and tea but they room service didn’t gave to us and told us the room don't have free cf and tea (maybe they want keep it for sell for theirself) and also for free water when I asked for it, they said don’t have 🤬. Really pissed me off 🤬. About the room cleanliness is good because clean enough, breakfast too average for 3 stars hotel and not many choices. Overall I will not come back anymore to this hotel and I did not recommend, have many out there 3 stars hotel with a better service and facilities with a cheaper price or same price around Pham Ngu Lao.

I thought the room I booked had bigger windows. The air conditioning took maybe 1 hour to get colder. Bed wasn’t the greatest. Everything else was good- Service, front desk, etc. maybe breakfast can start earlier.

Great location. Safe neighborhood. Helpful Staffs. Good price. Very comfortable room.

They were busy so their toilet was dark. The light was broken there. Old toilet. They should redo new toilet in my opinion.
