Never been to a place of bad service like this. Rooms location, food is ok. The only way to serve is unacceptable. On 30/12/17 I have a double room. On December 31st I check in, and ask the hotel if the extra charge is 150k / person / day. As soon as we check in, we will collect 300k extra fee for 2 persons. After checkin I will book another room for 2 persons on the same day (I will checkout sooner than the first room I booked). At that time, I asked if the third person of my room would go to another room, would I be reimbursed for a one-day surcharge? The hotel said yes. When the check out will receive a surcharge of 150k. The manager of the reception team answered me so. I asked again if there was a receipt, the manager of the reception said yes. I did not ask one time that I hovered over and asked twice. On day 1 the hotel gave me 3 coupons, the other 2 coupons. 2. I ate my coupon and the other one. Remaining 1 more hotel vouchers. On the day I check out. The hotel returns the ID and does not refund the refund for non-refundable reasons. Deleted edits, including superfluous ones, are also not accepted. That guests must report. I had to report at the beginning of the check in process. Really bad. Breakfast served the staff to talk to each other rude and call this child children. The rooms are really nice, but I can not accept this. 150k is not worth the size but the treatment of the side of the hotel makes me feel inadequate.

Clean hotel, nice view. The space is airy but compared to the 3-star hotel I've ever stayed, the worst is that breakfast only has noodles, pho does not have many reasonable choices for family vacations.
