I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel de l’Amour - worthy of being the top 1 hotel in Tam Dao. The hotel is exquisitely designed in a classic French style, with beautiful rooms and a quiet, romantic space. The restaurant serves luxuriously. The receptionists and staff here are very enthusiastic and friendly.
Especially on this trip, my car had a flat tire at 1am while driving around there. I was protected by Mr. Hai and Mr. Diet from the hotel's technical department who enthusiastically helped me change the tire so that I could return home on schedule the next day. Thank you very much.
Next time I come back to Tam Dao, I will definitely stay here again. It is worthy of being a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful hotel, many beautiful photo angles. But the spa is not yet in operation. The swimming pool is large and the water is quite warm. Breakfast is good, the restaurant is nice. But there is no separate bar area. The room is very spacious and beautiful.

I checked in at 2pm, and it was past 3pm and I still hadn't received my room. When I asked the staff, they kept saying that the check-in time was 3pm. While Traveloka said check-in was 2pm and the hotel's official website was the same.
And the male staff in a suit standing in the lobby said that they would support me at 3pm. I don't understand if the staff didn't know the hotel's hours, or if the hotel's website posted the wrong hours. Not a word of apology, and assumed that the customer's 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting was normal because they were supporting them.

I booked the wrong date. Then I checked in and found out huhu. The receptionist helped me change the date and was very enthusiastic 🥰 The vibes are quite nice. Spacious. The room is ok. Everyone who comes to Tam Dao should book here. It's the most beautiful 😇

Staff marketing too much about food service. As soon as I sat down on the chair and waited, before I could even pick up a glass of water, a staff member came to market the restaurant,,, similarly, when I got to the room, I called the receptionist to ask for an extra blanket and had to listen to the food service. ... I booked 2 nights in a suite room but my room was not cleaned the next day even though I called the switchboard twice and asked to notify them that the room needed to be cleaned when I went out. In addition, the hotel does not have a medicine cabinet because I asked for a painkiller but the hotel said it did not have one. The service was so bad that when I checked out, I waited 30 minutes for you guys to check the room and refund me the deposit, but you guys forgot to answer me until I asked again. Not to mention, you guys forgot to pay the bill when I ordered the food that I had to remind you to make. The first question when I arrived to check in was that the room had not been paid even though I had a receipt from Traveloka. I'm not sure if it was the hotel's fault so I didn't count it. A very bad experience for the amount I paid.
