The hotel is near the beach, the room is spacious as shown in the photo, but the equipment in the bathroom needs to be checked more closely. The 24/7 reception is not right, I see that late at night the receptionist moves the chair to sleep. The kitchen also serves breakfast only.

We are quite picky guests, but the first time we came to Le Boutique Hotel, the first impression was that the staff had 10 points, no but. The hotel is clean, airy, the room layout is quite nice. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious, especially the noodle chicken dish is delicious. I will come to Le if I have the opportunity to come back to Da Nang. 9.9/10🫶🫶🫶

Although my stay was a bit short, the hospitality of the staff here made me feel comfortable and happy with this boring vacation. Delicious breakfast food! I always appreciate the support of the staff here! Will be back soon

I think the room is very beautiful, the hotel staff is also nice because I went alone so the price is high. If you go with 2 people, the price is ok. The mirror is big and the pictures are very clear. 💞💞💞

I was in room 504, the soundproofing was extremely poor, the room next door could hear the TV and talking clearly until 3am and there was no way to sleep. At 6:30am, the next room had the alarm going off until 9am and didn't bother to turn it off, no different. tortured, towels smell bad, bathrooms are cramped. Overall, I will never return to this hotel again. It's rare to leave reviews but this one was really upsetting

Staffs are nice. The cleaning ladies were cleaning quite early. They forgot our towels after they said the clean towels were on the ways. The cleanliness is quite oke. Bathroom and toilet are 2 in 1 & quite small. The TV likes all the reviews I read, it's not working kind of like decoration in the room. The noise cancellation is just OK, if the bar/pub next door has show, it'll still have some noise inside the room.

About a year ago, I visited the hotel at that time, it was very new, everything was clean. So this time I went back so I wouldn't have to search too much. But really disappointed. The hotel is seriously degraded, the room smells a lot of mold, the wood is damp, the toilet is very dirty, the cleaning is not thorough without checking before letting customers check in, the bathroom floor is damp with moss. I booked the most expensive room category, there was a sitting area in the room, the floor was very dirty, the slippers were moldy and I didn't dare wear them. Ksan has a nice room with big glass windows but it's not cleaned. Overall a bad experience compared to the price. I think the hotel should improve so customers can come back.

I checked out at 7:30, the staff sometimes said I would charge half a day, sometimes they said they would charge a full day, the staff went out to eat without taking any notes. This made it difficult for the guest to check out.
