Mình đánh giá dịch vụ ở đây 10/10, phòng rất sạch sẽ, bước đến đâu là thơm đến đó là điểm cộng rất lớn với mình. Nhưng nên bổ sung thêm gia vị và các dụng cụ nấu ăn sẽ tuyệt vời hơn mong là M Village sẽ lắng nghe ý kiến của khách hàng để cải thiện dịch vụ tốt hơn. Nhờ M Village mà mình có kì nghỉ lễ tuyệt vời.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. They really care about the guests. But the soundproofing is really poor. I live on the 5th floor right below the laundry area, I can hear the washing machine and the sound of people going up and down the stairs all night. So those who have trouble sleeping should consider this.

Room is cozy and comfortable. Receptionists and staffs are so nice and supportive. Location is convenient to go to famous tourist destinations and restaurants. I was worried about the previous customer 's complain on smelly restroom drainage system but it was not on my experience. Only one thing to be improved is the towel hygiene. Generally they looked clean but I could sense musty smell in every towels in my trip. Guess it came from short drying time and inadequate laundry detergent. This home ultimately is a good place and I would come back here soon on my next trip to SG.

This hotel is impeccable. Close to the city centre and only 15 mins from/to the airport. We got free self-laundry that’s really helpful. Perfect! Surely will be booking this hotel again when I had the chance to go back to HCM.

The staff at the Front desk (Phuong) can speak English well & are very friendly. The room is spacious, bright, and clean, there are 2 types of rooms, deluxe and duplex (mezzanine model) all have a kitchenette with sink & microwave. On the 5th floor there are 3 washing machines (including detergent) & dryers, free for guests staying as a facility from m village. M village Le Van saya is a recommended place to stay at HCMC.

The room I stayed in was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were of high quality, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.
