Gia đình mình đã có một trải nghiệm rất đáng nhớ và vô cùng hài lòng tại Maison Khôi Homestay. Về dịch vụ của homestay, từ khâu đón tiếp lúc đầu (anh chủ ra tận chỗ đỗ ô tô để xách đồ dùm gia đình mình, vì có người già), đến dịch vụ giặt đồ, thuê xe đạp,...anh chủ đều rất nhiệt tình. Phòng của homestay mới, thiết kế đẹp, ấm cúng và rất sạch sẽ. Kỷ niệm đáng nhớ nhất là lúc rời đi, nhà mình quên chìa khoá xe ô tô trong cốp xe nên không mở ra được. Anh chủ đã tìm thợ sửa và cùng đứng chờ mở khoá cùng gia đình mình. Cảm ơn lòng hiếu khách của anh rất nhiều ạ!

Homestay rất sạch và đẹp. Vị trí gần phố cổ rất thuận tiện (10 phút đi bộ) Anh chị chủ nhà dễ thương, nhiệt tình hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ khách.

When I first came to Hoi An, I found Maison Khoi and felt really lucky. I stayed in a room for 2 people with a double bed, clean and very cool, the room had a balcony with a very chill river view. Especially, everyone at Homestay is friendly, very enthusiastic, and helps me wholeheartedly. Homestay is in a small street, but it is close to the old town, so it is convenient to travel.

The first time I came to Hoi An, choosing to stay at Home was the luckiest thing I thought. The room was super pretty, fragrant, clean and airy. I myself have been to many places, stayed in many places, but here gives me the feeling of a spa because the home is always clean and smells of lemongrass essential oil 🤣 the owners are very enthusiastic and friendly, maybe everyone here is lovely like that because everyone is sincere and lovable. Next time if I come to Hoi An, I will definitely come here again, if there is a room full, I will come again to visit this lovely owner ❤️ See you at Maison Khoi Homestay soon, I will definitely come back.

The room is quite close to Hoi An ancient town, just have to go into a slightly deep alley. You should rent a motorbike and homestay for 150k/day. No bicycle support. laundry 60k/2kg. The homestay does not have an elevator, so you will have to take the stairs to get to the room. The toilet is connected to the bathroom, outside is the bed. The bathroom glass is transparent and there is no bathroom door (instead there is a curtain) as well as no ventilation fan in the bathroom. New towels will be changed every day and bed sheets will always be folded neatly and cleanly. Friendly owners. The room price I stayed in was 390k/night. Check-in at 2:00 p.m., check-out at 12:00 noon. The room has a hair dryer and mini refrigerator. The soundproofing of the room is quite poor and after 10 o'clock you should not make noise or play loud music

Phòng đẹp, sạch, đường vào hơi nhỏ nhưng ở gần đó dọc theo bờ sông có các quán ngồi nhâm nhi khá ổn. Cách phố tầm 700m đi bộ được nhưng nắng nên thuê xe đạp xe máy tốt hơn.

On the Home side, we will also inform you as well as the guests who have favored home expectations:
In terms of utilities, Home service has an introduction board on each room: Laundry, pick-up / drop-off, bicycles, motorbikes, places to check in, visit ... always introduced when guests check in.
Laundry is originally one of Home's fee-based utilities, but Home did not mention that you open the warehouse to use it yourself and after knowing that Home also favors families with children, it silently did not charge.
Until you want home to take you somewhere "for free" and only 1 guest (another room) looks after the house,
Home's failure to respond is probably the cause of this false assessment of You. (does home work vs tvlk why is the rating low, you reported the reason for not having a swimming pool)
Through this home, we hope you have an objective view, correct perception, and a "civilized" review for the next experiences after Maison Khoi.
Home always wants its customers to have a really enjoyable and comfortable trip.

Phòng sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh. Anh chị chủ nhà thân thiện, nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng và rất thoải mái. Tuy nhiên phòng ở tầng thượng hơi nóng và quá sáng do có 2 cửa sổ nhưng không có rèm che nên khá khó ngủ từ sáng sớm và trong ngày. Còn lại mọi thứ đều rất ổn.

My family stayed 1 night here quite satisfied because there are spacious bunk beds, 4 people have plenty of room, networked TV is suitable for families with children to watch youtube. About 1km from the old town, I can rent a car or walk. .

The homestay is clean, even though it is a homestay, there is still a place to take beautiful pictures as shown in the picture, the owners are very enthusiastic and lovely. The day I was away, ac even let us stay in a big room with 3 double beds without extra fee for illustrations, so the room is the same, the quality of the rooms, the interior is not inferior to the 3 * 4 * hotels The homestay is located in a quiet residential area but still close to the old town and the place to watch the Hoi An Impression show
