We really enjoy the stay. the connecting room is perfect. the swimming pool is amazingly big with place for kids. the restaurant is with great choices and good chef. kids entertainment are included so both adults and kids can enjoy some private moments.

- Kidzone is so boring, there is nothing for the kids to play with, old stuff, few games, should add a ball house, slide...etc and open later, because Ho Tram is so boring at night, I can't go back to my room to sleep early. - Corner room is too bright, no curtain to cover the glass toilet door, making it difficult to sleep. - The receptionist is very polite and friendly, but when I need to send things to the resort, I have to contact the shipping department, the shipping service staff is unprofessional (to put it mildly), I contacted them twice and both times it was the same.

After checking with the relevant department, I found that Ms. Trang called about the transportation of her belongings on October 8 and October 10. Unfortunately, the staff who received my call on October 8 did not share it with the staff in the same department, which caused the staff on October 10 to ask Ms. Trang for some information so that we could receive and send the goods back to you. We sincerely apologize for this issue that has made Ms. Trang unhappy, we are very grateful for Ms. Trang's patience and understanding.

I had a not so pleasant dinner. I went alone and ordered a grilled dish. However, I had to wait so long that other diners who came after me had finished their meals and I still hadn't been served. It wasn't until I complained to the staff that they realized I hadn't been served, and some even thought I hadn't ordered anything.

The room is very humid and smelly. The bed is very damp, making it difficult to sleep. The sea is murky and has big waves during the rainy season, so we can't play much.

Melia Ho Tram is a good choice in this area. Check-in time should be from 2pm or 3pm...4pm is too late. The breakfast menu is not very rich...the pho is delicious. Going many times will feel boring.

The distance from Saigon to the resort is not too far, the rooms and common areas are clean and new, the food is not too much but the taste is delicious, the staff is friendly, there are many other activities for the family to explore.

Mình đặt khách sạn giúp em gái và đây là trải nghiệm của em gái mình: “mình đặt deluxe room vì có mùi ẩm mốc nên được hỗ trợ up lên phòng khác free, nhưng phòng khác đó vẫn bị mùi ẩm mốc, sau đó có bánh xin lỗi nhưng trước đó không có welcome drink, sáng lúc ăn sáng xong mình muốn đi dạo bằng xe điện để tham quan hết khu nghỉ dưỡng trước khi trả phòng thì anh xe điện nói khách đang đông không chở được, đến khi mình gọi anh xe điện khác thì anh ấy gọi lên trên mở loa mình nghe là “chở đi vòng nhỏ đi, qua khu thú với tennis” nên mình không đi nữa vì mình đi rồi, nên rốt cuộc mình chỉ được đi vài nơi lẻ tẻ của resort.”
