Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Melia Vinpearl Hue! I came back here for the second time and everything was still great. The hotel even gave us a little surprise/thank you gift which is great. Highly recommended when visiting Hue, great location and service. If only they could offer more vegan options to their food menu. We haven't got to try any of the food there as we knew they don't have many vegan dishes. Overall, worth the price!

Overall an okay stay. Compared to other establishments, housekeeping service is really late, usually around late afternoon, which is not great as we would usually return to the hotel midday to rest just to find the room still unkept. Other small things that could have been improved as well, such as lack of soap tray, housekeepers forgetting to refill bathroom essentials (lotion, qtips, etc.).

Everything is perfect (facility, service, location) except for the pillows. We love the bed so much but the pillow is not hard enough to support the neck while sleeping, we did not have good sleep for 2 nights staying here, especially for my husband, bad sleep affects his mood for the whole trip in Hue.
