Lần thứ n ở đây rùi. Lần nào vào Huế mình đều ở đây, đồ ăn ngon vô cùng, phòng đẹp service tốt dã man. Bố mẹ mình khó tính mà cũng khen lắmmmm. Có trục trặc xử lý phút mốt rất chuyên nghiệp. Nhân viên nice bạn quản lý nice, xung quanh rất gần các điểm ăn uống và du lịch. 1 năm đi Huế vài lần thì đều ở đây. Mình quay nhiều video ở đây lắm mà không up đc. Khách sạn xinh vô cùng view mọi nơi đều đỉnh ❤️❤️ See you next time

Trên cả tuyệt vời ! Lịch sự, nhiệt tình, chu đáo, tế nhị. Khuôn viên, hành lang, phòng ở sạch sẽ. Nhân viên không hề từ chối yêu cầu nào của gia đình mình cả. Kể cả sau khi đã check out vẫn rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ. Gia đình nào có con nhỏ tới đây ở rất tiện, ở ngay TT đi đâu cũng gần. Giá cả hợp lý nữa. Sẽ quay lại và ủng hộ Vinpearl nhiều

The hotel is okay. Friendly staff, but I don't know if it was because I wanted to check in early or not that I was assigned to the lowest floor. The pool staff is very enthusiastic and supports guests very thoughtfully. Breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes. The beef noodle soup is a bit bland, the pho is delicious. A few times in the past, Vinpearl also had free saunas and jacuzzis (Thanh Hoa, Quang Binh, Can Tho, Tay Ninh), but now it's managed by Mélia, so if you want to use it, you have to pay a fee.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Melia Vinpearl Hue! I came back here for the second time and everything was still great. The hotel even gave us a little surprise/thank you gift which is great. Highly recommended when visiting Hue, great location and service. If only they could offer more vegan options to their food menu. We haven't got to try any of the food there as we knew they don't have many vegan dishes. Overall, worth the price!
