10 điểm cho dịch vụ, các anh chị nhân viên rất dễ thương. Mình đặt phòng đúng dịp khách sạn đang có chương trình khuyến mãi nên mình được upgrade lên phòng view biển miễn phí. Phòng ngủ thoáng, phòng tắm sạch sẽ. Lần đầu mình trải nghiệm dịch vụ ở chuỗi khách sạn Mường Thanh và rất thích.

The room I received had a mountain view but was also very nice. The room was spacious, cool, clean, and fully equipped with all amenities. However, the soundproofing of the room was not good.
The breakfast options at this hotel were quite limited but the quality of the food was quite good.
There is also a Vinbus bus from the hotel to the center, so it was quite convenient.
The staff was enthusiastic and attentive.

I arrived at 2pm but was not allowed to check in. The receptionist said that I could only check in at 2pm and didn't know when the room would be ready. I left my contact for the receptionist to call me when the room was ready but there was still no call. The food was average.

The receptionist asked rudely. I reserved a room with 3 single beds. The NV asked me, "Are you going alone?" the room was not given. The price is high. The hotel is full of bans. I'm afraid that when I check out, I'll say it's dirty and I'll pay for it

I've stayed here 4-5 times from 2019 to now...Room price is very good in the segment and amenities it offers, quick check-in, clean and comfortable rooms, good and delicious breakfast (moderate dishes). ), the location is a bit far from the center but quiet, has parking, friendly and enthusiastic staff, including security guards and housekeeping staff.
