tôi đặt phòng nhưng do bị trễ chuyến bay nên đến nhận phòng trễ hơn 14h, thế là bị nhân viên khách sạn làm khó dễ, tôi đâu muốn bản thân lại rơi vào tình huống chậm trễ như vậy, tôi đã thanh toán tiền phòng, thời gian nhận phòng là sau 14h thì việc tôi đến trễ hơn giờ đấy tôi nghĩ cũng chả sao cả, khách sạn khác vẫn hỗ trợ bình thường nhưng khách sạn này lại nói nặng nói nhẹ, bảo là đáng lẽ mất phòng này kia, người ta có quyền cho người khác thuê bla bla. 1 trải nghiệm không hài lòng
