Lễ tân nhiệt tình, nhanh nhẹn, hỗ trợ khách hết mình. Mình lên Đà Lạt lúc 7:00 sáng, khách sạn hỗ trợ giữ đồ cho mình dù chưa tới giờ checkin. Phòng mình ở rất mới, sạch sẽ, dù hơi chật tí nhưng tiện nghi, được sắp phòng có ban công nhìn ra khá chill. Xung quanh có nhiều hàng quán, cửa hàng bán nhu yếu phẩm nên khá tiện, đi bộ ra chợ cũng gần, đi qua bùi thị xuân, dọc theo trần quốc toản là tới. khách sạn cũng liên kết với nhà xe cho thuê xe luôn, tính tiền thì tính chung với mấy service khách sạn luôn. Nói chung là nếu có dịp vẫn muốn ở đây lần nữa.

Because it is a boutique hotel, the hotel room is smaller than a regular hotel, in return because it is newly built, the interior and equipment are still very new, the decor is beautiful. Particularly the staff is great, especially the receptionist is very enthusiastic and always welcoming even though our family requests a lot :D. The hotel area is quiet, facing the hillside, so parking is comfortable.

The room is ok and clean, the location is near the center of the alley, the alley is also wide but it is still a bit difficult to park a car when it is crowded. The only thing is that the room is not soundproof at all, the guests walking and talking outside are very noisy.

I checked in as scheduled at 2:00 p.m. December 9. When we arrived, the receptionist said there was a problem in the room so we transferred to another facility at 52 Luong The Vinh. When the receptionist said to take me to the other facility, the room had a large, comfortable balcony view. When I received it, I was assigned to a room on the first floor with a musty smell, at the back of the hotel. The room is dirty and the quality is extremely bad, not like 3 stars. On the evening of December 9, I found the manager's phone number on the app, called to complain and was given a room on the 3rd floor (P301). This room was okay. But things don't stop there. At around 11:10, the cleaning lady automatically entered my room without knocking. To be honest, during my trip to this hotel, I swore I would never return. Very bad quality. Bad from reception to room. I didn't take pictures but I promise everything is as I said.

Poor soundproofing, unprofessional work. Choose to stay at Nguyen Thi Nghia facility until check-in and tell them to move to facility 2, far from the center. When I got stressed, I said I was going to make arrangements. I thought I was the only one, but I didn't expect that there were a few other people coming to check in, also in the same situation. Check-in room had a damp, foul smell. never come back

The hotel is not soundproofed due to the air vent right at the door so it is very noisy. Anyone outside coughing can be heard very clearly. Guests who do not note on the app may be pushed into the basement. Guests who refuse to stay in the basement will be fined. still forced to stay.
