The reception can't speak English. The room is very dirty. I can't sleep as well. I pay 354,000, I got too small rooms and dirty, I want to know how can l sleep? The reception can't speak English. Your telephone number can't call, bye

Nice place for holiday. The hotel's opposite the night market (which will be a new entertaining place of Da Nang people and tourist) and Da Nang Wonder (which is hosted by the same host with Ba Na Hill - Sunworld). Nice receptionist can help you anything you need. Clean room when we checked in. And they clean up your room everyday

I have 3 nights and 4 days in Origo Hotel, everything it's fine till I request the reception to clean the room yesterday morning. Maybe this is a mistake between the hotel policy and the housekeeping team. Yesterday when we went out and asked to clean the room, she informed us about the time is from 12pm to 1pm, we go out to have lunch in InterContinental Da Nang at 12:30 pm and come back home at 6pm. The room is just ok about the bed and bathroom, the room is so dust and the air conditioning is not cool, we down the temperature but it's not working. And today we go out at 10am and go back at 1:30pm but the room still not clean yet. When we check with reception and he said the housekeeper come late. We request already when we go out but I don't know what happen with this hotel. Everything is fine with me and I can understand because it's not five star, but at least, just please make sure about the time to clean the room and please clean it. We just need the clean room to take a rest and sleep after the time we enjoy outside. Thank you to take care of our stay and listen to my feedback.

What we see is not what we get! The photos of the room shown on the app have very nice, front side view towards the street and this is the main reason made us to book this Deluxe room. It turned out we were offered a room on the backside with a terrible view. Of course, we were not happy and questioned the hotel about that but no luck. We felt like we got cheated. I think they should update it to make it more informative so the others wouldn’t run into the same situation. Beside that, everything is acceptable, the room is clean and the staffs are friendly.

Staffs are friendly. I booked Superior room but found out at the front that this room has no windows, so I paid for an upgrade to Deluxe room with a view and bigger room. Bed and pillows were nice. Bathroom has walk-in shower with toiletries. Many electrical outlets which is good. The only minus is the room floor is pretty sticky, but there were 2 pairs of shoes provided in the room. I didn’t get to try the food or beverages at the hotel. Location is nice. It’s just right across from Sun World Da Nang and there are many places to eat around the hotel. Close to Dragon Bridge, My Khe beach. I would recommend this hotel for a single/couple travellers and get the nice room at budget price.
