The hotel is too far from the center, making it difficult to find food or go to worship. The receptionist has a bad attitude and cannot support customers. The wifi is extremely poor. In the summer, the beach has a lot of pebbles so you can't swim. The food is super expensive. Mr. Sang (manager) is quite enthusiastic. Will not come back because the experience was too bad.

Nice location, nice view, far from the center so going at night can be a bit scary. However, it is quieter than in town, the staff is dedicated and cheerful, the food is delicious, the common area has 2 billiard tables for families to socialize, the bar area, the swimming pool is cool, and the air is very good to breathe.

The resort lobby is a bit hot, the location and the blue sea are beautiful, the rooms are ok, suitable for relaxation, near the port and wharf, convenient for eating at the floating restaurant.

Khách sạn tổng thể mọi thứ đều ok, chu đáo trong việc xe đưa đón khách. Đặc biệt lễ tân rất thân thiện và chú đáo trong việc setup phòng cho khách. Đáng đánh giá 10 điểm cho đội ngũ lễ tân.

Nice swimming pool, nice room, there is airport shuttle so it's more convenient & economical, the price is cheap. I don't understand that the female receptionist doesn't have a smile and drinks like a machine, while the driver and the female housekeeper are cute, enthusiastic, and cheerful. The driver who picked me up and took me to Sbay gave very enthusiastic advice. When I arrived, the receptionist was also enthusiastic and polite. You should book, the room is very spacious & beautiful, the swimming pool is sparkling & the staff on duty immediately brings towels.

This place has a great location. The private beach is extremely clean, silky sand, surrounded by beautiful rock mountains. Catching sunrise & sunset here is an experience not to be missed. The hotel is clean, are large. Nice clean swimming pool. And what I really hope this place will welcome more guests, to continue to invest in upgrading quality and service we find very impressive is that the receptionist, Mr. Quý. He is always very attentive, enthusiastic but extremely gentle to respond to our requests or questions. I feel very clearly that he loves his job. Thank you for making our experience at the hotel so much better. I really hope this place will welcome more guests, to continue to invest in upgrading quality and service
