The room was smaller than in the photo, a bit stuffy. When I first checked in, the bed sheets and pillowcases were wrinkled and not straight, looking like bulbs. The elevator takes a long time, but it's close to the center. There is no tissue paper in the room😔. If you need to wipe your mouth or hands, use toilet paper

Padona would like to thank you for choosing Ksan to stay. The room I booked was Standard, so the area is not as large as a higher room category. Ksan also provides the full area on Traveloka, when guests check out of Ksan. Always replace all sheets and blankets. In case of wrinkles, maybe the laundry department is not handling it well and we will fix it right away. Thank you very much for always contributing to ksan to improve day by day.
