When I got there, the hotel told me the room I booked was sold out. Room is very dirty, service attitude is not good. There is no water, food, drinks, or hot air conditioning. I pay by the night but after staying for 1 hour, I run away.

My room is small but okay, the air conditioner takes a while to turn on, there is a fan. Wifi is weak and sometimes can't be connected, shower gel and shampoo are a bit difficult to get out. The location is also convenient, so the general overview is ok, suitable for going all day and then coming back to shower and sleep

Cheap, nice, clean hotel. It's a bit small, but it's okay to stay. There are no staff members, only two aunts and uncles who look very enthusiastic there.

Compared to the price I booked, which was a bit urgent, this hotel is okay, the price is ok, because I only need to shower and sleep so I don't have high requirements. There are many good places to eat around the hotel, the coffee house with a delicious sweet soup shop right nearby. The room has airy windows, hand sanitizer & shower gel, summer blankets with thick blankets, friendly staff. There is no dryer, no water heater, the air conditioner takes a while to cool down, the wifi is sometimes slow, sometimes fast (more slow sometimes), the floor seems to have only been swept, not mopped, so there is little dust left. But for me, it's okay within the price range, no problem. If you go out all day and come back and only shower and sleep like me, renting here is reasonable.

The room was very dirty, the curtains, pillowcases and cushions were very dirty and dusty like they hadn't been washed in weeks. The bathroom and toilet have dirty water. When you check in to a new room, it's like the old room. You should not stay here when on business.

The hotel confirms your comments. The room types you booked were all newly built over 2 months ago. The interior curtains are all new. It's just that the rooms are a bit small and the room types are available almost every day. If you feel the blanket is dusty, you can report it to the hotel so the cleaning staff can change it.

For this problem, please understand the hotel, our reservation is usually paid in advance, you book for 4 days, the number of rooms is high, our side has announced the payment at the end before the check out date, in the end your side will give you push. until the last day before 12 noon, the person on your side leaves gradually without paying, your side must ask to keep the person to pay. Because your side says it's not standard to push each other to pay for the people who go away, the hotel must keep the friend understanding, if you are polite, please pay the hotel in advance to avoid trouble that the hotel also does not want.
