The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, very comfortable and clean, the bathroom is clean, the facilities are complete, there is an iron, kettle, bathrobe, rubber slippers for the bathroom and warm slippers for the room, amazing ❤, I will definitely stay there again when I return to Sapa

I really love it here and enjoy during my stay. The room very clean and all staffs are really friendly and kind. The service is super recommended. They even gave me a bag of mineral water, yoghurt, & banana at my check out time. I also had massage service here and it was so good. I'd love to be back again.

Enthusiastic staff and maximum customer support
Family arrived at the hotel at 5:30 but still had attentive support staff
Advice on how to go out for a beautiful trip
Friendly staff from reception to service staff
Everyone should try it and it is safe for families / couples

Good facilities, the hotel has a nice balcony view. Enthusiastic and attentive staff. Waiting for the car, they offered hot tea, and when they returned, they also gave me a gift. I was supported to check in early. Diverse cuisine from buffet, pho, fruit... Support to buy cable car tickets, next time I have the chance, I will come back here
