The hotel is close to the sea, the room is large, clean and fully equipped, but the room is not fully filled in the minibar and the bathroom is probably due to the epidemic situation but the staff will very quickly fill you. My family stayed here for 4 days and had a pretty good experience. Basically, the hotel location is not very convenient but it is quite ok.
The three bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and hand sanitizer are quite old. The shower gel and hand sanitizer bottles were empty and not refilled before I checked in. I reminded them to refill them but the faucet of the hand sanitizer bottle could not pump out because it was too old and dirty.
The water in the bathroom was stuck in the pipe so it stagnated. On the first day, we cleaned the room but on the second day, we had to wait for a reminder to clean it.
Another negative point is that the room door automatically shook as if someone was knocking on the door when we passed by or near it. The soundproofing is poor.
Overall, for that price, it is quite satisfactory. I still recommend it to my family and friends.

Bedding and pillows are changed and clean, room 1104. Breakfast is quite rich and delicious, swimming pool on the 14th floor. My family had a very good experience here. Price: 628k for 1 double bed, will come back if given the chance, but a bit far from Dragon Bridge

I am very satisfied with the service of the staff here. I booked the room on the wrong date but the support staff was very good. There is early and convenient check-in support. The hotel is near the beach but a bit far from the center. The room is clean as described but the soundproofing is not really good. If the room next door speaks loudly, it really feels uncomfortable. Initially, I booked a double room with a city view and the room was very good, but when I upgraded the room to a sea view, the air conditioning was uncomfortable. If the hotel improves air conditioning and soundproofing, it will definitely be 10/10. If there's a chance, we'll come back ♥️

We would like to explain more about the benefits when guests book a room class with the name "Standard Double - Day Use Offer (2 Hours) - Overnight Surcharge" this room class is for hotel use only 2 hours and no meals included. The room class name clearly states "Overnight Surcharge". The details of the room above in the website are clearly stated as follows:
Room rate does not include breakfast.
Check-in is flexible on the day of arrival.
Use the room within 2 hours. Additional guests will be charged 200,000 VND/night including breakfast and payment at the hotel.
