Nice hotel, clean, comfortable room. Nice swimming pool and beach. Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, change dishes every 3 days, especially cakes of all kinds. Hotel location is convenient to walk to his palace, Bach Dang park, night market, Kien Xay noodle soup, restaurants Out of the sea… very close. In front of the hotel, there is a free bus route to Safari, grand world, vin wonders. Ticket service, shuttle bus at the hotel lobby to entertainment spots at reasonable prices, fast too. In addition, the hotel also has a free shuttle service to the airport. Will come back and recommend to friends and family 😊

The hotel has a very nice location, right next to the beach but in the center, very close to dining in the city. The hotel is clean, rooms are also clean and beautiful, especially the sea view room. Gentle polite staff. There is only a little suggestion that the buffet menu for breakfast and the end of the year is quite simple, for example there should be 1-2 more seafood dishes, but in general, any food is ok.

Mình đặt phòng cho bố mẹ đi mình không đi, nhưng nghe mẹ kể lại dịch vụ rất tệ mặc dù giá phòng thì cao (5tr hơn cho 2 đêm) Mẹ mình đã xuống yêu cầu dọn phòng cho mẹ nhưng viên dạ vâng rồi vẫn không dọn làm mẹ mình không có khăn tắm mới để tắm. Sau khi xuống lần thứ hai thì nhân viên cũng dạ vâng rồi cho người dọn nhưng chỉ để duy nhất một chiếc khăn tắm trong khi bố mẹ mình đi hai người. Sau khi nói chuyện với quản lý họ đã lên đưa thêm một chiếc khăn tắm nữa nhưng vẫn tỏ ra không tin khách nên mở thùng ra xem có mấy khăn tắm trong phòng Cảm thấy dịch vụ ở đây siêu tệ, cảnh thì cũng bình thường không quá xứng đáng so với số tiền bỏ ra nhưng nhận lại dịch vụ quá là tệ sẽ không bao giờ quay lại nữa.

I don't know if I should be hated or not, but from the time I was picked up to the time I checked out, oh well, the staff's attitude was very impolite, arbitrarily changed the room class and said that the room class I booked was no longer available. Moreover, the hotel is large but there is no extra bed for children, the room card is canceled twice, unable to enter the room, the breakfast at the hotel is sketchy, there are stale beans, .... Arrived at the lounge from 13h but checked in at 14:30, the floor was wet, the pillow was dirty, the TV on the manu had k+ channels but in reality there were none, the smoke detector in the middle of the bed flickered all night annoying, no clock, There is no fan, the room has mosquitoes.

Staff ok but room very bad. Dirty, yellow water, flying flies. The worst is the soundproofing system. The sound of walking, the sound of children, the sound of opening and closing doors (bathroom doors and wc + main door) kept fluttering until 1-2am. Check in at 14:00, but not until 14:30 can enter the room.

The hotel is very good. Right in the center, it's convenient to travel to places to eat and drink noodles, hello restaurants and attractions: Dinh Cau, Night market. Complimentary roundtrip airport shuttle service is available. Breakfast buffet is rich, the cakes are very delicious and beautiful. Nice pool area, good virtual living. The beach is okay, the sand is fine, the facilities are good. If I have a chance, I will stay here. Ah, I got a room upgrade from Classic to Premium. Thank you very much receptionist.

I booked a room and received room 1207 but the water in the bathroom was very bad with a cloudy yellow color. I told the hotel, the reception only said 1 sentence "I'm sorry". At first I thought it was the light, but after turning off the light, it still took me 2 days to use. I'm sure the water is still clean after that and every room is like that but when I go to another room the water is clear
