10 points. Cheap-Clean-New-Enthusiastic. Room for 2 people is small but comfortable. The furniture is very new, the room is also quite new, it doesn't look old like on the app. The owner, receptionist, and security guard are all very nice. The room is equipped with TV, hot water faucet, dryer, refrigerator, drinks, towels,...etc. Many electrical outlets. There are windows but the windows in the bathroom are close to the wall haha. The roads are wide and cars can walk freely. Go out and go 24/7. A few hundred meters away there are many shops, chtl, ministop ctct. The only negative point is probably the thin room walls and no soundproofing. In the morning, the sound of the cleaning ladies cleaning things was quite loud. If you have insomnia, please take note, I slept very well :)). (The photo was taken when I left so it's not as beautiful as when I arrived. Ytam was ok when I arrived).

I stayed at Song Nhat hotel during the last week of my pregnancy. The hotel has good prices, is clean, has good room service, and has underground parking. In general, I feel satisfied.

I came for 3 days and 2 nights and felt very comfortable, everyone was very friendly and welcoming ☺️, the room was clean and fully equipped, also cleaned the room regularly 👍. If I have the opportunity to go to Saigon, I will definitely come back 😍😍

Stayed here for the second time, room facilities are suitable for the price. Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I was delayed until 3am to check in but the security guard and receptionist were still enthusiastic to support.

Every month when I come to Saigon, I choose this hotel. I don't remember how many times I have stayed here. Everything is very good within the price range, fully meets basic needs and very hygienic. clean. The receptionist and parking security guard were very enthusiastic.

Chưa bao giờ có 1 trải nghiệm tuyệt vời vậy luôn ý ạ. Lễ tân chú bảo vệ ai cũng đáng yêu và hỗ trợ check in sớm. Cách âm có hơi không tốt 1 xíu thôi nhưng mà phòng ốc sạch sẽ vô cùng và rộng rãi ạ. Lần sau đến sgon nhất định mình ghé tiếp.

Khách sạn vô cùng sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Ông bà chủ vô cùng nhiệt tình và nhân viên cũng thân thiện. Ngoài ra khách sạn gần nhiều quán ăn , thuận tiện cho việc ra ngoài ăn uống.
