Nice people. Nice place. Located on a quiet alley away from most of the tourists. Just don’t take their bus to Hoi An. Better to find 2 or 3 other people and share a private car.

Nice budget option on a quiet little alley in the center of best tourist options. No frills, but clean, safe and comfortable. Great value at US$15 per night. Stay a few days in Hue - there’s lots to see - and it’s a smart, educated and friendly population.

Sunny A is a lovely hotel that really affordable. The rooms are well maintained. Except that some guest used to smoke inside the room and if it happens to be the air conditioning room then the bad smell remain in the room which is really a discomfort for other guests. I think the hotel should have policy to prevent smoking in the room.
