They told me to deposit 1,000,000 VND, but when I checked out, they didn't transfer the deposit back. I contacted them 6 times and they kept saying"Let me transfer it right away"but after 2 days I still haven't seen any money.

Although it took a long time to get the room card, the room was very nice and the space was super comfortable. If I have the chance, I will come back and book again.

Booked at The Opera but when I got there they took me around for an hour. Then they said the room was broken, told me to go to the hotel across the street and had to walk 15 minutes to get there. There was a small child crying and screaming, called dozens of times to push responsibility, no solution to the room I booked, then took me all the way to the C area of the hotel opposite, walking all the way, the child was crying and screaming, the furniture was also dirty, I swore I would never book a room here again, asked Traveloka to work with the owner of this apartment, went to the new apartment and it was full of dust, the price of the booking at The Opera was nearly 3 million, came here to see the room and it was only 2 million more. Too much: no apology, no explanation. I give up.
